Driver-guide. For groups of fewer than 10 people, a driver-guide will be provided, and for English-speaking guests, the driver will use translation apps to assist communication. English-speaking customer service will also be available for support at any time.
Local shuttle bus for Ginzan Onsen
Guests who select a double room will be assigned a triple room by default if the booking is for three people or an odd number of travelers.
Zao Ropeway **Notice** The Zao Ropeway will be closed for annual maintenance from November 4 to November 14, 2026. During this period, the tour will still visit Zao Onsen, but the ropeway ride will not be available.

Other Reminders
- If the Zao Ropeway is closed due to weather, maintenance, or other operational reasons, the ropeway ticket fee will be refunded: JPY 3,000 per adult and JPY 1,500 per child.

- This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
- Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions

- You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
