I booked 2D1N trip to Ginsen Onsen and Mouny Zao via Klook. travel with GogoDay and tour guide Tony Chiu. The driver and Tony are friendly and takes great care everyone. he tried his best to explain things and introduce the places in Chinese, Japanese and English. Also, he is so kind, prepared and provided some warm packs and Japanese sweets for us. Because our group have 50+ mixed with different countries travellers. thank you so much Tony. will strongly recommend this tour to friends and hope we can join your tour group next time!

A particularly unforgettable Spring Festival trip. I'm very happy I got to see the oil house that inspired "Spirited Away". The tour guide, Jiaming, bought "Spirited Away" out of his own pocket and played it on the bus, explaining the Japanese socio-economic background and profound meaning behind the author's creation. I was also very happy during the trip as he would often give us snacks and hand warmers. The hot springs in the hotel we stayed at were very natural, the rooms were very large, and the meals were nutritious and plentiful. On the second day, we saw the sun-drenched Ginzan Onsen, which was very impressive, and it happened to be the first day of the Lunar New Year. A very happy trip!

This trip was wonderful and full of great memories 😊. The tour guide was very adaptable, and he was able to make thorough arrangements even with the snow. You can have a very happy atmosphere with his trip. His Mandarin is also very good, so you don't have to worry too much. Beautiful snow scenery. The group members were also very good, with children and elderly people. When taking the minibus up, the instructor knew how to arrange for the elderly to get on the bus, which is great 🫰🏻. The driver was also very attentive, warming up the car every time to wait for us, and warmly welcoming us every time. It was also very comfortable to sit in the car. The journey was long, and we slept very soundly... Tour guide: Carter Sasaki ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Attraction: Zao is well worth a visit ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Review for: Meeting point (ticket not included)

I went on a tour with the guide Tom on January 9. I really enjoyed everything. We were very lucky with the weather — we got to see both snow and sunshine. The hotel we stayed at was surprisingly good: a decent dinner and an acceptable breakfast. The room was spacious and very warm, and there was a shop nearby. For some reason we didn’t go to see the foxes — they couldn’t accommodate us. But it wasn’t a big issue for me. The drive was long and we were already tired. I’d like to wish the tour more visitors, and here are a couple of suggestions to make it a 10/10 😅: please schedule the visit to Ginzan Onsen so that guests can stay until the gas lanterns are lit, and book the ropeway tickets in advance for your guests so they don’t have to spend an hour and a half in line.

Itinerary: The timing was good, with time reserved for each attraction. The biggest regret is that there were no snow monsters at the end of February? There was also no snow at Ginzan Onsen. It's better to go next time in [Month]? Tour guide: Tom is reliable and the itinerary was arranged pretty well. 👍 Transportation options: However, going into Shinjuku is really far. Fortunately, we could rest for about two hours each time. Accommodation options: Old onsen hotel, although old, the quality of the onsen is still good.

Our tour guide, Jiaming, was very thoughtful. Before going to see the Zao Onsen snow monsters, he prepared hand warmers and energy-boosting chocolates for everyone. On our way back, the line to take the cable car down the mountain was very long, and the wait time was longer than expected. Our tour guide, Jiaming, kept in touch with us and checked on our situation. Because we arrived at the hotel later than planned, Jiaming worked hard to coordinate with the hotel so that we could immediately enjoy dinner when we arrived, and then relax in a comfortable hot spring before resting.

Mom said she really wanted to go to Ginzan Onsen, so I immediately started planning the trip. Luckily, Klook has this two-day, one-night group tour, which allows me to relax a little too! Our guide, Tom, was great at managing the time. He knew the main reason the group joined the tour was for Ginzan Onsen and the Zao Ropeway, so he specifically introduced the highlights and must-see aspects of each attraction, allowing us to choose where we wanted to spend our time. As a result, we had plenty of time to enjoy ourselves and take lots of beautiful photos. We stayed at an onsen ryokan overnight, and the breakfast and dinner provided were delicious. Plus, a leisurely soak in the hot springs made this a very relaxing trip. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide, Tony, was very professional, provided excellent service, and took great care of everyone. Ginzan Onsen was very beautiful, and we were lucky to experience heavy snow! Although there were too many people for the cable car, and we couldn't get to the Zao snow monsters, the scenery in central Zao was also very beautiful!
