• Tour guide speaks Japanese only.
• The fireworks festival will generally proceed even in rainy weather; however, it may be canceled due to severe weather conditions. If the cancellation is decided by the day before the tour, the tour will be canceled and the tour fee will be fully refunded.
• If the fireworks festival is canceled after the tour has departed, guests will be guided to an alternative sightseeing location. In this case, the amount equivalent to the fireworks viewing seat fee will be refunded. However, no refund will be provided for additional costs caused by itinerary changes, such as bus expenses. If the fireworks festival is canceled after it has already started, no refund will be provided.
• The cancellation of the fireworks festival may be decided on the morning of the departure date. Once confirmed, we will contact guests accordingly. Please note that if guests have already departed for the meeting point, transportation costs incurred will not be covered by the company.
• Due to traffic conditions, guests may need to wait on the bus for some time when arriving at or departing from the venue.
• Guests cannot choose their own fireworks viewing seats. The tour conductor will provide seat information on the tour day.
• The use of umbrellas in the viewing area is not permitted. Please prepare rain gear such as a raincoat or poncho.
• Lunch is not included in the tour fee. Guests are requested to bring their own lunch or purchase food at service areas, etc. Bento boxes are scheduled to be distributed around 16:30.
• Since the departure will be after the fireworks viewing, arrival at each return location is expected to be late at night. In the event of delays requiring taxi use or overnight accommodation, all expenses will be the responsibility of the guest.
• The tour will depart at the scheduled time based on the staff’s judgment. Please be punctual and strictly observe the meeting time.
• Participant of this tour will ride with Japan local visitors.
• The stated schedule and contents are subject to change depending on road and traffic conditions.
• Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized or small-sized bus may be used.
• The bus is not equipped with a restroom.
• Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Seat reclining is generally not permitted (except on certain courses).
• No refunds will be provided if special benefits or inclusions are not used.
• If you require special arrangements, please notify us at the time of booking. (Additional charges may apply.) We will accommodate requests within reasonable limits and may ask you to submit written details regarding your condition.
• Lost items will be kept for two weeks after the tour ends. Perishable food items or goods that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately.
• Participation with pets is not permitted.
• Bus seats will be assigned by our company.
• In case of emergency, you may be asked to share a seat with the tour conductor. Thank you for your understanding.
