If the trip needs to be canceled or significantly changed due to weather or other factors, or if there is insufficient equipment or safety concerns, the guide has the right to forcibly request to stop climbing, and no refunds will be given. If you decide to stop climbing on your own, or stay in a non-scheduled mountain hut (including rest), the resulting costs will be borne by the traveler, and no refunds will be given. • 🌀 About Trip Cancellation Due to Typhoons, etc.

1. Even if a typhoon occurs, it will not be immediately canceled; it will only be canceled when traffic routes or climbing trails are indeed difficult to pass. If traffic routes are declared “prohibited” or “suspended” and the probability of recovery is extremely low, the trip will be canceled. (Cancellation fees may still be incurred for prohibitions or suspensions before reaching the 5th Station.) If it is determined that climbing is possible based on the vicinity of the 7th Station, the trip will proceed as scheduled. (Summiting is not guaranteed, and conditions above the summit are not considered.) If staying in a mountain hut above the 7th Station, it may be changed to a mountain hut at a lower altitude due to weather. If travelers request a change themselves, they will be charged extra, and no refunds will be given.
