- Wetsuits can be rented for about 10 AUD per set; prescription diving masks can be rented on the Outer Reef platform for about 5 AUD (deposit about 50 AUD). The prescription masks provided on the boat have degrees of 200, 300, and 400. You can also choose to wear your own contact lenses.

- 【Guests who have purchased the 10-minute helicopter package】Please find the helicopter staff on board immediately after boarding to confirm your helicopter ride time. If you miss the helicopter ride time due to your own reasons, you will be solely responsible; the helicopter can carry up to 6 passengers; the supplier will arrange the aircraft according to the number of participants, and the size of the aircraft cannot be chosen; this package will charge a fuel surcharge, which guests need to pay on the spot.
- Helicopter weight limit: If a passenger's weight exceeds 130KG, the airline will charge an additional seat fee. The specific fee (approximately 50%) should be paid directly to the airline when checking in; if the weight on the day of travel exceeds 10% of the registered weight, it may result in inability to board the helicopter, and no refund will be issued.
- Self-guided: From 08:00-08:45, make your own way to the Magic Reef boat dock at the pier. Board the boat after presenting your e-confirmation (specific information is subject to the confirmation). The latest boarding time is 8:45 AM (do not be late!!); Boarding address: Marlin Marina (1 Spence St, Cairns City QLD 4870)
- Free activities on board, such as glass-bottom boats, semi-submersible boats, and water slides, may be temporarily out of service for maintenance. No refunds will be issued in such cases. If a helicopter product experiences a temporary malfunction on the day, resulting in partial loss of the itinerary, we will provide an alternative service. If flight is not possible, we will refund the helicopter fee. This product is subject to weather and air traffic control, and it may not be possible to travel one day in advance or on the day itself. This is considered an act of force majeure, and in such cases, we will offer a free reschedule or a full refund.
- Free snorkeling, glass-bottom boat, semi-submarine, lunch, and other activities are complimentary platform items and have scheduled times. If guests do not participate or miss the scheduled time, no refunds will be given; if participating in a deep diving activity, it is recommended not to take a civil aviation flight within 12 hours after diving (helicopters, skydiving, and hot air balloons are permitted).
- It is recommended to bring sunscreen, bath towels, and an underwater camera; a moderate amount of cash for on-board expenses. Legally, individuals under 18 years old are not permitted to participate alone. If the child's age requirements displayed on the page were not carefully read before placing the order, and it is discovered on the day of the trip that the age does not meet the requirements and participation is not possible, no refunds will be issued.
- After placing an order for this product, a second confirmation is required to check for availability. On the day of travel, please gather at the designated meeting point with your electronic confirmation voucher. After the order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation voucher. Please check your email promptly, including your spam folder. The confirmation voucher in the email serves as your proof of participation for the day. The confirmation voucher is 1-2 pages long; please be sure to carefully read the "Notes" and "How to Use" sections on the confirmation voucher. The meeting time on this product page is for reference only.
- The times on the page are for reference only. The actual times during the itinerary may vary slightly (with a possible error of less than half an hour), and the specific arrangements will be based on the schedule for that day.
- Upon boarding, you must fill out a [Medical Health Form] to determine if your health condition is suitable for diving. Before placing an order, please be sure to proactively ask customer service for this form (this form is the same as the one filled out upon boarding). You must ensure that all health requirements are met before booking (this form does not need to be filled out before boarding). Once the booking is successful, if you cannot participate in the activity due to health reasons, no refund will be given; if you do not ask customer service for the form, it means you believe that you do not have any symptoms that prevent you from participating in underwater activities. Once the booking is successful, if you find out after boarding that you cannot participate in the activity due to health reasons, no refund will be given; before underwater activities (except snorkeling), the instructor will provide training and guidance, teaching some basic communication gestures and underwater precautions; do not leave the team without authorization during underwater activities, please follow the instructor's arrangements and guidance.

- Cancellations made after 00:00, 5 days before the usage date, will incur a 100% deduction of the user's order amount as a merchant loss fee.
