Otaru Lighthouse & Mt. Moiwa Night View Day Trip

This trip, we have a wonderful guide, Liza! Not only she is very clear with her instructions to everyone in our group, she has nice voice too. The time allowance for all the stops are sufficient and the entire journey is enjoyable, with beautiful sceneries that we managed to captured in photos. Liza always willingly and ready to help us take nice photos. She also recommended good restaurant for our lunch that served meals quickly and valued for money too! Liza speaks Japanese, Chinese and English, and we are very happy to have Liza as our guide, and she definitely makes our trip more enjoyable and pleasant. We hope to meet Liza again in the near future too, if we come Hokkaido again! We highly recommend this trip! Thank you, Liza🩷

The itinerary was suitable, allowing us to see the seaside, the Sapporo sunset, and the night view. The tour guide was also entertaining.

Our tour guide Lisa is a very well organised person. She was a ex teacher. Hence, she’s a very detailed person. She has listed out the itinerary before the day trip and time spent at each location. She also used a time carboard for departure time at every place for transparency. She has made the day trip every enjoyable and less stressful. This was my 2nd trip with Lisa. Highly recommended.

we arrived the meeting place 10minutes before the meet up schedule. the guide, Tom is already there waiting to complete the group. Tom is efficient as a guide and is knowledgeable about the queries of the passengers.

Today's itinerary was very rich and fulfilling. The Hiyoriyama Lighthouse and the night view from Mount Moiwa were absolutely stunning and definitely worth seeing. Our tour guide, Mr. Lin, was very thoughtful. Because my mother had some discomfort in her legs and was slower getting on and off the bus, Mr. Lin patiently waited for us every time. At each attraction, he also proactively helped us take photos and provided detailed information about the sights. Overall, we thank Mr. Lin for his kind and friendly service, which made our experience very enjoyable.

It is also best to specify whether the tour is senior-friendly or wheelchair-friendly; this makes it easier for potential customers to decide, or allows them to ask the tour operator directly.
