• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be sure to adhere to the boarding time. Our company will not be responsible for guests who arrive after the bus has departed. Please take note.
• The Mt. Moiwa Ropeway may be suspended due to various circumstances, in which case you will be taken to the following two night view spots: Asahiyama Memorial Park and JR Tower Observation Deck T38. Please be aware of this.
• When large taxis or minibuses are operating, the sightseeing driver will provide you with an introduction, not a tour guide. Please understand.
• Due to road conditions, the itinerary may be adjusted, and sightseeing time may be shortened or extended.
• Customers participating in a one-day tour are advised to avoid booking dinner or other activities in advance, especially those with flights on the same day. We will not be liable for any compensation if you are unable to attend pre-booked dinner or other activities on time due to traffic congestion, or if you miss your flight as a result. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• Due to holiday or visiting hour restrictions for various facilities, it may be necessary to arrive at the next attraction earlier or shorten the itinerary time.
• It is currently known that Shiroi Koibito Park will be closed for maintenance on June 4, 2026. On that day, visits to Shiroi Koibito Park will not be arranged; instead, visitors will go to Asahiyama Memorial Park for approximately 25 minutes. The specific arrangements will be subject to the guide's schedule on the day. For information regarding the park closure, please refer to the latest announcements on the official website.
