• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be sure to adhere to the boarding time. Our company is not responsible for customers who arrive after the bus has departed, so please keep this in mind.
• Customers participating in the day tour should try to avoid making advance reservations for dinner or other activities, especially if they have a flight on the same day. We will not be liable for any compensation if traffic jams prevent you from attending your reserved dinner or other activities on time, or if you miss your flight as a result. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• When large taxis or minibuses are running, the sightseeing driver will provide an introduction for you, rather than a tour guide. The corresponding languages are Chinese and Japanese.
• The Moiwa Ropeway may be suspended due to various circumstances. If suspension occurs, as an alternative, we will visit Asahiyama Memorial Park to view the night scenery, followed by the 38th-floor night view at Sapporo Station.
• Due to road conditions, the itinerary may be adjusted, and sightseeing time may be shortened or extended.
• This tour group hosts guests from Japan and overseas, so the tour guide will provide explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Due to holiday schedules or limited visiting hours at various facilities, it may be necessary to arrive at the next attraction early or shorten the duration of the trip.
• During busy nighttime hours, special ropeway services will be prioritized based on the number of people to reduce waiting times, making it easier for you to enjoy the night view of Mt. Moiwa.
• Cable Car Ticket Package - Mt. Moiwa Night View Experience includes two cable car tickets (foot of the mountain station cable car + summit mini cable car), allowing you to easily go to the summit observation deck to enjoy the Sapporo night view.
• ※Shiroi Koibito Park will be closed on June 4, 2026. The itinerary for that day will be specially adjusted to visit Asahiyama Memorial Park instead, where you can enjoy the expansive views of Sapporo's interwoven urban and natural landscapes.
• Guests who choose a package without tickets will go to Asahiyama Memorial Park for free activities as an alternative to the Mt. Moiwa night view.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
