• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time. Those who fail to arrive on time will be considered to have voluntarily forfeited their participation, and our company will not be responsible for any liabilities or costs arising therefrom.
• When large taxis or minibuses are operating, the sightseeing driver will provide you with an introduction, not a tour guide. Please understand.
• Due to road conditions, the itinerary may be adjusted, and sightseeing time may be shortened or extended.
• Due to holiday or visiting hour restrictions at various facilities, you may arrive at the next attraction earlier or have your itinerary shortened.
• During peak hours at night, special ropeway services will be prioritized based on on-site conditions to reduce waiting times, allowing you to enjoy the night view of Mount Moiwa more easily.
• The package including cable car tickets already covers two sections of the Mt. Moiwa cable car (foot of the mountain cable car + summit mini cable car), allowing easy access to the summit observation deck to enjoy Sapporo's night view. *If the Mt. Moiwa cable car is suspended due to weather, equipment maintenance, or other force majeure factors, this itinerary will be adjusted to visit JR Tower T38 (Sapporo Station 38th-floor observation room) to enjoy Sapporo's night view. We appreciate your understanding. The final arrangements will be based on the official announcements of the Mt. Moiwa cable car and the actual operating conditions on the day.
• The Mt. Moiwa Ropeway is expected to suspend operations on December 31, 2026, and January 1, 2027. Annual maintenance is also anticipated from mid-March to mid-April each year (exact dates subject to official announcement). During the suspension period, visits will be redirected to the JR Tower T38 Observation Deck.
• Snow activities are subject to weather and snow conditions. If there is insufficient snow or the snowmobile experience area is not open, the itinerary will be adjusted to visit Noboribetsu Hell Valley (approximately 40 minutes). The specific arrangements will be based on the actual operational situation on the day.
• The itinerary does not include personal travel or accident insurance; it is recommended to purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks; please decide whether to participate based on your physical condition and adhere to the safety guidelines provided by on-site staff.
• January 30, 2027 - February 23, 2027 is the period for the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival. You can freely choose whether to purchase a ticket to enter and visit; if you wish to enter, please purchase tickets on-site (ticket prices are subject to official announcements; reference prices: 1,000 JPY for adults on weekdays, 3,000 JPY for adults on weekends and Japanese public holidays, free for elementary school students and younger).
• Customers participating in a one-day tour are advised to avoid booking dinner, other activities, or arranging same-day flights in advance. Our company will not be liable for any compensation if you are unable to attend pre-booked activities or miss your flight due to traffic congestion, weather, or other force majeure factors.
