- Fushimi Jikkokubune Boat The Fushimi Jikkokubune boat slowly glides along the Horikawa River in Fushimi, Kyoto, offering one of the most iconic ways to enjoy cherry blossoms on the water in spring. Cherry trees line both sides of the route, their branches drooping to the water when in bloom, forming pink arches. This, combined with the retro wooden boats and clear river water, creates a moving and elegant spring scene.

- Yawata City, Kyoto Located in Yawata City, Kyoto, Sewaritei is one of the most famous cherry blossom promenades in Kansai. Approximately 250 Somei Yoshino cherry trees are planted along the 1.4-kilometer embankment, forming a magnificent pink cherry blossom tunnel every spring. Walking along it, you can experience the dreamy atmosphere of cherry blossoms intertwining overhead and petals falling with the wind.
As you stroll along the promenade, you can overlook the river scenery where the Kizu River and Yodo River meet, offering an expansive view. It’s perfect for taking grand landscape photos, walking, and picnicking, making it Kyoto’s most popular cherry blossom viewing experience in spring. Every year during the blooming season, the lively “Sewaritei Sakura Festival” is also held, where you can enjoy local snacks and limited-time activities, adding to the spring fun.

- Daigoji Temple Daigoji Temple is a famous World Heritage site in Kyoto, known as one of “Kyoto’s premier cherry blossom spots.” Its fame grew even more after Toyotomi Hideyoshi held the “Daigo no Hanami” (cherry blossom viewing) here in 1598. The temple grounds are vast, with various types of cherry trees, including Somei Yoshino, Weeping Cherry, and Mountain Cherry, numbering over a thousand, planted throughout the Sanbo-in, Garan area, and Reihokan Museum.

Experience Kyoto's three most famous cherry blossom viewing spots all at once! My favorite is the Sewaritei Cherry Blossom Path, where you can stroll along a 1.4-kilometer gentle slope, admiring the lush, blooming cherry trees on both sides, and enjoying the warm spring weather. It's truly one of life's great pleasures! During the cherry blossom festival, various viewing spots feature food trucks and stalls offering both traditional Japanese snacks and Western delicacies, adding wonderful memories to this once-a-year flower viewing season.
I'm extremely satisfied with this itinerary; it included all the sights I wanted to see. Fushimi Jikkokubune, Daigo-ji Temple, and Sewaritei were all in full bloom and absolutely beautiful. At Daigo-ji Temple, I even saw the cherry blossoms fluttering like snow in the wind. Our guide, Wen Ling, helped me take many wonderful photos. This cherry blossom chase was a success!

She brought me to the Gekkeikan Sake Museum because I was interested. She waited for me, and I was very grateful to her. At Daigo Ji, she helped me re enter one of the sites because I wanted to see the cherry blossoms again. At Sewaritei, she spontaneously took photos of me.
The tour guide provided very detailed explanations and shared information about local specialty foods. The timing of the itinerary was just right. It was a memorable visual feast, as the cherry blossoms were in full bloom at the attractions.

- Type of vehicle: Vehicle dispatch will be based on the number of people. When traveling with a small number of people, a driver will be arranged to also act as an accompanying staff member to provide full travel services. A tour leader will not be dispatched separately.
