• The actual boarding time for the Hozugawa River Boat Ride will be uniformly arranged by on-site staff based on the conditions of the day. If there are many people during peak season, we may issue single boat tickets to you instead. In that case, please queue up for the boat in order by yourself. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• Seats on the Sagano Romantic Train cannot be specified. Due to the narrow aisles of the Sagano Romantic Train, passengers using wheelchairs should make a note when registering.
• The Hozugawa River Boat Ride experience may be suspended on the day due to weather or other factors. If the boat ride is suspended, the rest of the day's itinerary will proceed as scheduled. Boat ticket fees will be partially refunded by the platform after the trip (not the official facility price); we appreciate your understanding. If suspended, boat ticket fees will be refunded as follows: Adults: 4,000 JPY/person, Children: 3,000 JPY/person. Please contact the registration platform for a system refund. In such cases, you will take the JR train back to "JR Saga-Arashiyama Station," and related expenses will be at your own cost.
• The Kyoto horse carriage experience may be temporarily suspended due to holidays, bad weather, or the health condition of the horses. If suspended, the Kyoto horse carriage fee will be refunded: 1,500 JPY per person. Please contact the platform you used for registration to process the refund. In such cases, public transportation will be used to travel to the Hozugawa River boarding point, and related transportation costs will be at your own expense.
• If there are passengers weighing over 100 kg, or carrying large luggage such as wheelchairs or strollers, please be sure to inform us in advance. If not informed in advance, the facility may refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
• Please keep your valuables with you. The operator is not responsible for any loss.
• This tour primarily offers Chinese commentary, with English and Japanese-speaking staff available. If needed, please make a note when placing your order (please note that designated language services cannot be guaranteed in all situations and will ultimately depend on the day's arrangements, as determined by the supplier).
• If you do not arrive by the meeting time, you will be considered absent and no refund will be given. Please be sure to confirm the meeting location in advance and arrive on time.
• Please note that if a child's height does not meet the requirements on the day of departure, resulting in the inability to board, neither the person unable to board nor their accompanying travelers will be eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you are late or unable to participate in the itinerary due to delays in your own transportation, you will be charged 100% of the fee.
• Due to factors such as traffic/weather conditions, the time spent at attractions may be shortened, and the order of some itineraries may be adjusted.
• Baggage Restrictions: Due to the need to take carriages and boats during the trip, each passenger is limited to one small, convenient piece of luggage that can be placed under their feet. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Please be aware that this itinerary does not include bus service or luggage storage throughout the trip, so please plan your luggage arrangements accordingly.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 7 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
