Visit an English-speaking chef with years of experience in their own home in the city. Experience what it's like to live and cook in Japan like a true local. You’ll be making two of Japan’s most popular dishes of all time, ramen noodle soup and gyoza dumplings. Learn the history of the dishes and gain a deeper understanding of the rich food culture of Japan. After cooking and eating your amazing homemade meals, join the chef for a tour of a local supermarket. Take a look around an authentic Japanese supermarket and learn where locals buy their food every day firsthand. Great experience, YUCa was very inviting and very nice. The class gives you a feel of how it is inside a traditional Japanese home kitchen. Everything was very hands on and she explains every step. The location was easy to get to and walkable from the train station. A very fun experience
This was such a wonderful experience! It was my first time doing a home cooking class and this exceeded my expectations! YUCa-san was a wonderful host, the ramen and gyoza were delicious and her home was welcoming! Higy recommend it!

Yuca did an amazing job teaching us how to cook ramen and gyoza. It felt so straight forward I look forward to making these dishes at home :) She also made us all feel very welcome!
LuCa is a great host has alot of cool stories. She is very kind and very accomodating the food is yummy. Despite the smaller kitchen she does a great job putting her class. Best homemade Ramen I ever had 😀
