Reviews
After boarding at the meeting point, our tour guide, Yuan Yuan, began by providing an overview of the day's itinerary. This included introducing the main attractions we would be visiting and briefly describing their unique features and key points of interest, giving everyone a basic understanding of the entire day's route. She also shared insights into Japanese culture and would suddenly pull props out of her bag 😂 for us to see. During the drive to Mount Fuji, Yuan Yuan provided detailed explanations about our next destination. For example, before arriving, she would describe the altitude, the range of views, and the surrounding facilities. Before heading to the next attraction, she would reiterate what was worth seeing, allowing us to plan our time accordingly. For lunch, Yuan Yuan offered nearby restaurant options, describing different types of cuisine, so we could decide based on our personal preferences. Her recommendations saved us time searching for restaurants, allowing us to enjoy our meal smoothly. For dinner, Yuan Yuan pre-booked meals for us. When we arrived at the dinner location after the previous activity, we were able to be seated and dine without waiting, which was very convenient. The tour concluded with a fireworks display. The fireworks bursting in the night sky were spectacular, providing a vivid conclusion to the day's itinerary. For the price, the service quality and itinerary were definitely reasonable and worth the money. We visited all the attractions listed on the itinerary, and the time allotted at each location was sufficient, without feeling rushed. We were able to leisurely explore each attraction and appreciate the scenery. Overall, this Mount Fuji day trip was seamless. Our tour guide, Yuan Yuan, provided timely explanations and assistance in every aspect, from introducing the attractions and arranging meals to taking care of the group, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
It was a great experience. My guide, Tommy, is nice and very understanding. He explained the itinerary and the places well in english. The weather at the time was really nice and Mt. Fuji can be seen throughout the day. Unfortunately, Mt. Fuji cannot be seen during the fireworks display since it was too dark. Overall, it was still a fun trip!
The pickup from Tokyo Station is very convenient, with several Chinese-speaking guides holding flags. Remember to check your email the day before to find your guide's name. The itinerary may be adjusted. Our bus went to Oshino Hakkai first, then Nikawa Clock Shop and Arakurayama Sengen Park (which are very close to each other), and finally to Lawson at Lake Kawaguchi. It was already dark, which was a bit of a pity, but it seems that some stops on the afternoon departure tours will always be in the dark. The restaurant in Oshino recommended by the guide was quite expensive. If you've already eaten before departure, you can skip the restaurant; there are many snack stalls within the attractions where you can get food. If you're watching fireworks in January, it's extremely cold, so dress as warmly as you would for playing in the snow. Thank you to our guide, Sister Yuan, for the kind tour, providing clear explanations of life information and locations.
great experience - and amazing tour guide!! Guo was very nice and welcoming. We got to see all major spots even though we were running behind schedule but thankfully it all worked out in the end. I do wish the tour started a bit earlier so we could have more of the daylight but great experience overall - I would recommend it :)
the tour guide, BC, explained the itinerary and schedule very well. she also made sure that everyone understood the timetable so that we were always on time to the next site. she was also very friendly and interacted well with the participants. The tour itself was very good, where we completed visiting all the sites. We were even able to arrive at some sites where the other buses were not there, so there was less people.
What a nice trip, friendly guide even she barely speak english but she tried her best give us information
The tour guide, Sister Serina, is very professional. She can accurately find the best location to check in, and the time is very accurate! Mount Fuji is very beautiful today, and you can see very beautiful sparks. I highly recommend this one-day tour!
Thank you, tour guide Mianmian! You're such a lovely guide. You showed us a different side of Mount Fuji. We were incredibly lucky because we were so worried we wouldn't see it. Mount Fuji really graced us with its presence. Super awesome! 👍 Mount Fuji accompanied us from morning till night. It was the best trip ever.
Lee Xiang, the tour guide, is very responsible and knows the locations of the Mount Fuji attractions well. Last time I came to Mount Fuji, the weather was bad and I didn't see Mount Fuji, but I saw it this time! I also saw the fireworks display.
Vivien is so nice!!!! Very funny and humorous, the introduction is very detailed, and she also helps take photos👍👍👍It was a great day❤️❤️
