Everyone at Samurai and Ninja spoke perfect English. We meet someone who grew up in California, but now lives in Japan. He was very helpful and had a great personality. We wish him the best of luck in his new chapter. It's was great to have met a fellow Cali. We loved the experience and learned a lot about the history of Samurais and Ninjas. The best part was throwing the Ninja Stars. One of our friends won the competition. Great fun for kids and adults.

we had fun listening to the history of ninjas and samurai. we were also immersed on some ninja moves and we get to see different kinds of samurai. we love how this turned out.

This was a fantastic experience, highly recommended. The tour guide (I forgot to note down their name, but they're in the photos so hopefully the managers of the museum recognise them) was incredibly informative and polite. They were also good enought to wait a bit whilst I took my time to check out the gift shop as I was being a little bit indecisive and really wanted to pick up a katana but unfortunately had to decide against it as the customs laws of my country wouldn't have allowed it back in. I learned a lot about the history of the Ninja, the Samurai and the Shogunate in general during the trip. Unfortunately as I'm recovering from tendonitis in my shoulder rotator cluster I wasn't able to take part in the throwing star competition properly but I still had a wonderful time. I definitely recommend this experience to anybody in the area that's looking for a similar experience.

The guides were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, making the stories about samurai and ninja history easy to follow and really engaging. I loved learning how these two worlds shaped Japan’s culture and traditions over time — it felt like stepping back into a different era. The highlight for me was the interactive game where we got to shoot shuriken from a wall and compete with each other — it was hilarious, exciting, and brought everyone together instantly. As a single traveller, I’d highly recommend it — it’s a great way to meet people, have fun, and experience a bit of authentic Japanese culture in an interactive way.

this was a super fun and interesting tour! I went with my 13 yr old son & another family who we know & happened to be in Tokyo at the same time. historically interesting!! Engaging hosts in English. We all loved the throwing of the weapons at the end plus the dress up!

We had a wonderful experience at the Samurai Ninja Museum! The exhibits were fascinating and very well presented, giving great insight into Japanese history and culture. A special mention to Momo, who was an excellent guide — knowledgeable, engaging, and very friendly. She explained everything clearly and made the experience both fun and informative. Her passion truly brought the samurai and ninja stories to life. Highly recommend this museum, especially if you get the chance to tour with Momo!

It was great to learn about the history of Samurai and Ninja. After the tour we had to opportunity to throw ninja stars at a wall and then dress up as Samurai.
