communication with company was great as they emailed us personally to confirm reservation as well as kept up informed f planned itinerary before the tour. Sakura blooms were late but they made every effort for us to catch it. And changed the plan the night before so we could get to see the full blooms. Had a wonderful time with Kumiko who was so warm and friendly. Highly recommend this private tour; worth every cent!
