The tour experience was really great! We especially like how our tour guide, Sophie, is very generous in sharing her knowledge about the attractions and about Taiwan in general. You can see that Soohie is an experienced tour guide because before even we started the trip, she has already made a WhatsApp group to ensure that everyone from the group will be able to clearly grasp the announcements and information. As for the trip, it was really value for money because the tour was very convenient compared to making a DIY. We were able to go to a lot of places without the trouble of commuting and figuring out ourselves. Appreciate also the free ice cream as part of the tour! Special thanks also to our skillful driver for a safe trip.

We booked a Taichung tour through Klook and were assigned Sir Tommy as our guide, and he truly made the experience exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Taiwan and shared fascinating stories about each destination we visited, including the flower farm, Rainbow Village, the origin of bubble milk tea, Miyahara, and Gaomei Wetlands. His explanations made each stop more meaningful and memorable. Sir Tommy was also incredibly friendly, patient, and funny throughout the tour. He made everyone feel comfortable and even took great photos for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, my friends and I had an amazing time. Although our trip coincided with heavy rain in Taiwan on June 26th, we were grateful that by the time we reached Taichung, the rain had lessened, and even stopped, allowing us to take many memorable photos. We especially want to thank our tour guide, Sophie. She is a very thoughtful and attentive guide. Since most of our group communicated in English, she explained the itinerary and introduced Taiwan's cultural characteristics entirely in English. However, she was concerned that we might not fully understand, so she took extra time to explain everything again in Mandarin, ensuring that we could all fully engage in the tour. Sophie is incredibly knowledgeable and humorous, making this tour very insightful and exciting. They also parked at very convenient locations to minimise walking which made the tour very safe for the elderly, which not many tours do. We highly recommending booking tours with R Day Tour!
