We had a really good experience here and honestly felt it was worth trying at least once while in Tokyo. The meat quality was very good, and there was a nice variety of food so you could try different cuts and dishes instead of just eating the same thing the whole time. Everything we ordered came out fresh, and grilling it yourself made the whole meal more fun. The staff were attentive and efficient, especially considering how busy the place can get. Service was smooth and they kept things moving well without making us feel rushed. We booked through Klook, and the whole process was easy and convenient. It made things much less stressful since we already had a reservation and didn’t have to worry about where to eat on the day itself. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience and something I’d recommend if you’re in the mood for a filling and enjoyable meal in Tokyo!!

This all you can eat Wagyu restaurant had a lot of food options to cook and eat. They had a great bunch of options of food to order and the Self Service area where you can grab your drinks both alcohol and non alcoholic was awesome to use. The sides were nice options like rice and curry. The staff were all friendly and helpful.)

It was great! The food was delicious and the price was very reasonable. I love the tablet to order your food and the conveyer belt that brings your food. Also, it was convenient that you could make your own coffee, tea, and other drinks. The A4 Wagyu beef was great, you grill your own meat over a fire. There were so many good options to choose from, including vegetarian-friendly dishes. I would highly recommend going there, it's a great place for a celebration like a birthday or a holiday meal. The location in Ikebukuro is very close to the train station.

Hindi ko na matitingnan ang sushi sa ibang lugar nang pareho, lalo na ngayong babalik na ako sa South Africa. Napakasariwa at kakaiba ng lahat ng pagkain – bawat ulam/uri ng sushi ay punong-puno ng lasa. Napakaganda at kahanga-hangang karanasan, sulit na sulit ang bawat sentimo. Irerekomenda kong gawin ang sushi at sake experience nang magkasama – mukha itong napaka-eksklusibo, sana ay nag-sign up ako para sa combo na iyon sa halip ngunit masaya pa rin ako sa pangkalahatang karanasan.

This time, the hotel we stayed at was conveniently located near the restaurant, so we took the opportunity to try this long-standing Michelin-starred establishment. While it didn't have the same meticulous attention to detail as other starred restaurants I've experienced, the food and service themselves still made the trip worthwhile! My Korean friend and I both found it delicious, making for a very satisfying and wonderful dinner. Thank you for the service and hospitality that day.

Matagal ko nang sinusubukang magpareserba sa Robata Sho. Matapos subukan ang ibang mga site, hindi sinasagot ng restaurant ang mga tawag sa telepono. Nakapag-book ako ng reserbasyon sa Klook. Gayunpaman, ang kinki at wagyu courses lamang ang inaalok. Mas gusto ko sanang umorder ng à la carte sa restaurant (bagaman napakasarap ng kinki course). Napakaganda rin ng serbisyo at kapaligiran. Ang manager, si Koji Maruyama, ay napakabait. Nag-alok siyang direktang sagutin ang aming tawag kung hindi sasagutin ng restaurant ang telepono.

Even though the initial order wasn't complete, the staff were very polite and kept checking if my meal was satisfactory. I later contacted customer service about the missing items, and the restaurant quickly delivered the rest of the order. They also comped all the items I had ordered previously and even included an extra dish. Overall, it was a good experience.
