There were five types of sashimi, including salmon, sea bream, herring, yellowtail, and sweet shrimp, but the absence of oyster sashimi was a slight drawback. The steamed fish and Matsutake mushroom stewed pork soup were delicious. There was a self-service beverage bar offering juice, coffee, tea, milk, and beer. Various desserts were available, including Häagen-Dazs ice cream and a chocolate fountain.
