This stay has been our 2nd in this hotel. We checked in late in the evening and the restaurant was 20 minutes away from closing but still the restaurant staff graciously served us delicious food. We are grateful for their service. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children. The room is huge, not your ordinary room size, clean, comfortable and close to malls, restaurants and airport. Thank you to Acacia Hotel for the warm hospitality.

The food at the hotel was delicious, with a great variety of dishes. Breakfast was complete and satisfying, with different options to choose from. meals were well-prepared, flavorful, and provided a good selection to suit different preferences. The hotel has a very convenient and accessible location. It is very near Bankerohan Market with many restaurants and food establishments just a short distance away. It is also close to People’s Park and the mall, making it easy to explore the city and access everything you need. Overall, the location is one of the best things about staying at this hotel. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and has a pleasant, fresh fragrance throughout the property. The staff and crew are very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to assist with every request. Every request was attended to promptly, with immediate action taken to ensure our needs were met. The excellent service and accommodating staff truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Maganda ang aking pananatili sa hotel na ito. Ibinigay nila ang mga pangunahing pangangailangan, magandang kama, magandang kumot at linen, at mga pangunahing gamit sa paliligo. Nagbigay din sila ng baso at water dispenser sa labas ng silid. Bukod pa rito, ito ay malapit sa Mcdonald's at Jollibee, Watson's, at Mercury Drug. Ang ilan sa mga problemang naranasan ay isa lang ang gumaganang elevator, at medyo mabagal ito. Ang mga tuwalya sa paliligo ay luma na, madaling masira at maitim na ang kulay.

The room was big and AC was in good condition. There was coffee and mugs but no drinking water and electric kettle provided. Pool was a bit dirty too. Room and CR is wide. I love the big mirrors as well. Overall experience was great. Sulit ang bayad dito. Great location as well. Will surely recommend this place.

I had an awesome time at Insular waterfront hotel in Davao. My family was satisfied with the hotel. I appreciate the staff’s work and I thank everyone who helped us in this vacation
