transporttillgång: Bra. Nära köpcentrum, flygplatsen och lätt att hitta. renlighet: Fläckfritt sovrum. Mycket rena sängkläder och lakan av hög kvalitet. frukost: Bra bufféutbud med både filippinska och västerländska alternativ. service: Snabbaste in- och utcheckningen vi någonsin upplevt på alla hotell vi provat hittills. Trevlig personal och de bjöd mig till och med på en gratis tårta på min födelsedag. Jag kunde inte tro hur god den var, vanligtvis gillar jag inte gratis tårtor men vi blev överraskade och njöt verkligen av den.😁Tack

cleanliness: 3/5 but the overall stay is 7/10 it’s nice. had a bit struggle with parking but just minimal

The hotel’s atmosphere was really cozy. The premise was clean and pleasing to the eyes. The staff were pretty approachable and accommodating. The whole experience was really good!

Min vistelse på detta hotell är bra. De tillhandahöll de grundläggande nödvändigheterna: en bra säng, bra lakan och sängkläder, samt grundläggande toalettartiklar. De tillhandahöll också glas och en vattendispenser utanför rummet. Utöver det ligger det bekvämt nära McDonalds och Jollibee, Watsons och Mercury Drugs. Några problem som uppstod var att endast en hiss fungerade, och den var lite långsam. Badhanddukarna var verkligen gamla, lätt skadade och hade mörknat i färgen.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and I had a great sleep every night. I also liked the modern design and the beautiful view from the window. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help whenever I needed assistance. The location was very convenient because it was close to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the room amenities were complete and well-maintained. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I am giving this review 5 stars because the kind staff allowed me to stay in my room ahead of time. The location is quite good as it is walking distance to several restaurants, including SM Lanang if you enjoy walking, like me. Please take the next part of this review constructively. The room needs some improvement: outlets by the bed are not working, the window in the comfort room is stuck and cannot be closed entirely so you hear the noise of the aircon compressor the entire time and a lot of insects also use the opening as entry way. The photos attached here are some places I visited as I did not take any picture of the room. Thank you!

I had an awesome time at Insular waterfront hotel in Davao. My family was satisfied with the hotel. I appreciate the staff’s work and I thank everyone who helped us in this vacation

The hotel is located in a very convenient place. The areas such as the lobby and the room are clean and sanitized. They also gave me complimentary water and basic necessities kit. It’s very affordable too.
