Kuya Tins helped us a lot and definetly gave us the best assistance for us to enjoy our trip. He gave also bits of trivia about the city while we travel from one site to another. The itinerary was not hectic, so we really enjoyed each site.

I would like to commend on how organized this tour had been from the very start. From the email confirmation from the operator when I booked, the reminder and detailed itinerary sent via txt few days before the tour date and the flow of the tour itself. Our driver/guide Kuya Tata just made it extra by being so prompt, knowledgeable and made sure we were safe and able to enjoy the places in the itinerary fully. We truly appreciate that. This tour highlights plenty of important and famous places in Davao City. Highly recommended!

• The driver was kind, very considerate, and supportive in taking our pictures. • He drove well. • The travel agency informed and updated us before the tour day. • They provided options to enhance our experience, such as with Sonnenberg; our original booking was for 8 AM, but they suggested 4:30 AM so we could see the sea of clouds, and we loved it. • Overall, we were satisfied with our tour yesterday.

This stay has been our 2nd in this hotel. We checked in late in the evening and the restaurant was 20 minutes away from closing but still the restaurant staff graciously served us delicious food. We are grateful for their service. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children. The room is huge, not your ordinary room size, clean, comfortable and close to malls, restaurants and airport. Thank you to Acacia Hotel for the warm hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and I had a great sleep every night. I also liked the modern design and the beautiful view from the window. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help whenever I needed assistance. The location was very convenient because it was close to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the room amenities were complete and well-maintained. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

My stay in this hotel is good. They provided the basic necessities, good bed, good sheets and linens, basic toiletries. They also provides glass and water dispenser outside the room. aside from that, it is conveniently located near Mcdonalds and Jollibee, watson’s, mercury drugs. Some problems encountered were only 1 elevator is functioning, and its a bit slow. bath towels were really old, easily damaged and were darkened in color.

The food at the hotel was delicious, with a great variety of dishes. Breakfast was complete and satisfying, with different options to choose from. meals were well-prepared, flavorful, and provided a good selection to suit different preferences. The hotel has a very convenient and accessible location. It is very near Bankerohan Market with many restaurants and food establishments just a short distance away. It is also close to People’s Park and the mall, making it easy to explore the city and access everything you need. Overall, the location is one of the best things about staying at this hotel.
The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and has a pleasant, fresh fragrance throughout the property. The staff and crew are very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to assist with every request. Every request was attended to promptly, with immediate action taken to ensure our needs were met. The excellent service and accommodating staff truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I am giving this review 5 stars because the kind staff allowed me to stay in my room ahead of time. The location is quite good as it is walking distance to several restaurants, including SM Lanang if you enjoy walking, like me. Please take the next part of this review constructively. The room needs some improvement: outlets by the bed are not working, the window in the comfort room is stuck and cannot be closed entirely so you hear the noise of the aircon compressor the entire time and a lot of insects also use the opening as entry way. The photos attached here are some places I visited as I did not take any picture of the room. Thank you!
