Chciałbym pochwalić, jak zorganizowana była ta wycieczka od samego początku. Od potwierdzenia e-mailowego od operatora po dokonaniu rezerwacji, przypomnienia i szczegółowego planu podróży wysłanego SMS-em kilka dni przed datą wycieczki, aż po przebieg samej wycieczki. Nasz kierowca/przewodnik Kuya Tata sprawił, że było jeszcze lepiej, będąc punktualnym, posiadającym dużą wiedzę i dbającym o nasze bezpieczeństwo oraz o to, abyśmy mogli w pełni cieszyć się miejscami objętymi planem podróży. Naprawdę to doceniamy. Ta wycieczka obejmuje wiele ważnych i słynnych miejsc w Davao City. Gorąco polecam!

Kuya Tins bardzo nam pomógł i z pewnością zapewnił nam najlepszą pomoc, abyśmy mogli cieszyć się naszą podróżą. Opowiadał nam również ciekawostki o mieście, gdy podróżowaliśmy z jednego miejsca do drugiego. Plan podróży nie był męczący, więc naprawdę cieszyliśmy się każdym miejscem.

• The driver was kind, very considerate, and supportive in taking our pictures. • He drove well. • The travel agency informed and updated us before the tour day. • They provided options to enhance our experience, such as with Sonnenberg; our original booking was for 8 AM, but they suggested 4:30 AM so we could see the sea of clouds, and we loved it. • Overall, we were satisfied with our tour yesterday.

transport access: Good. Near malls, the airport, and easy to locate.
cleanliness: Spotless bedroom. Very clean linens and quality sheets
breakfast: Good buffet selection with both Filipino and Western options
service: Fastest check-in and check-out we every experienced in all hotels we tried so far. Nice staff and they even treated me with a complimentary cake for my birthday. I couldn’t believe how good it was, usually I don’t like free cakes but surprised we honestly enjoyed it.😁Thank you

The hotel’s atmosphere was really cozy. The premise was clean and pleasing to the eyes. The staff were pretty approachable and accommodating. The whole experience was really good!

My stay in this hotel is good. They provided the basic necessities, good bed, good sheets and linens, basic toiletries. They also provides glass and water dispenser outside the room. aside from that, it is conveniently located near Mcdonalds and Jollibee, watson’s, mercury drugs. Some problems encountered were only 1 elevator is functioning, and its a bit slow. bath towels were really old, easily damaged and were darkened in color.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and I had a great sleep every night. I also liked the modern design and the beautiful view from the window. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help whenever I needed assistance. The location was very convenient because it was close to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the room amenities were complete and well-maintained. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I am giving this review 5 stars because the kind staff allowed me to stay in my room ahead of time. The location is quite good as it is walking distance to several restaurants, including SM Lanang if you enjoy walking, like me. Please take the next part of this review constructively. The room needs some improvement: outlets by the bed are not working, the window in the comfort room is stuck and cannot be closed entirely so you hear the noise of the aircon compressor the entire time and a lot of insects also use the opening as entry way. The photos attached here are some places I visited as I did not take any picture of the room. Thank you!
