Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao. The hotel has a beautiful beachfront setting, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The pool and garden areas were well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, one area for improvement would be guest assistance with luggage. There was no ramp available on the second floor, and no staff assisted us in carrying our heavy baggage to our room, which was quite inconvenient. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend the hotel for its excellent location and relaxing ambiance.

stayed for 1 night only. i can say that the pride and joy of the hotel are their staffs. they are very accomodating and nice. we’ve been to a lot of hotels as we travelled often but the staff in waterfront insular are different.
