Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I’d especially like to commend the reception, concierge, and housekeeping teams for their excellent service. Housekeeping kept my room clean and well-serviced every day, which I truly appreciated.
The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of my stay. There was a great selection of delicious food, and I looked forward to it every morning.
The only issue I experienced was with the bathroom drain, which was consistently clogged whenever I took a shower. As a result, the water overflowed onto the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient and should be addressed.
The service at the restaurant was a bit slow, particularly during breakfast and dinner when there were more guests. However, it was clear that the staff were working hard and doing their best. It seemed they simply needed more team members during busy periods, so I don’t believe the slower service was their fault.
Despite these minor issues, I had an enjoyable stay and would gladly return. Thank you to the entire Seda Hotel team for your warm hospitality!
