There is a train that goes to the place, although it’s a longer route. But the boarding and drop off is much easier to recognise than going by bus. And the bus actually stops on other side of road, and may not be as frequent as the train.

I went in only for less than an hour as I was told that it will shut for cleaning mid morning. it would have been more worth it if I was there for the whole day! Make sure u plan ur properly and consider the closure times.

Aisha was so lovely and educated us through the onsen experience. As a person with tattoos I was wary about going to an onsen, but doing this have me peace of mind that I wasnt breaking any rules and could enjoy my own onsen experience safely in Japan. Would recommend this to anyone else with tattoos or anyone unsure about onsen procedures and how to be respectful in an onsen. If you're in Tokyo looking for an onsen to visit that isnt too far away, this was an easy location to navigate to and friendly services make this the perfect experience for a tattooed traveller. Stunning view of Tokyo Skytree too!

it was nice and peaceful. I kinda got lost that is because I am new to japan. But staff are very nice, they provide everything that you need. Plus they have cold drinks in the changing areas. It was an experience that I won't forget

The ladies here were absolutely lovely and did the most beautiful nail design for my daughter 💅✨ They were so patient, gentle, and talented, and made her feel very comfortable. She’s 13 and had photos of two designs she liked — I’d definitely recommend bringing one or two reference pictures. She loved her nails and walked out smiling. Highly recommend!
Tip: The salon is on the 8th floor — you can take either the lift or the stairs to find it.

I had such an amazing experience at the salon! My hairstylist, Rika, was super attentive and professional, and the translator, Haiyan, was so kind and friendly, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
Rika designed a hairstyle that was super trendy and youthful, with a very Japanese-inspired vibe—exactly what I was looking for! The style was cute, fashionable, and perfect for the modern Japanese look I wanted. The hair color was also done beautifully. It turned out so vibrant and stunning, and the color seems long-lasting too. I’m beyond happy with how it turned out!
The whole process was such a joy from start to finish. I felt so relaxed and happy throughout, and I truly enjoyed every moment. A big thank you to Rika，Haiyan and the team for such a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a stylish and high-quality Japanese hair makeover.

The location was a bit hard to find at first, I recommend looking for the building with the name tag "Palmhill Annex" when you get to the area. Nene is so sweet and speaks perfect English! She is thoughtful in her consultation and I am super happy with the results! Will definitely be coming back if I'm back in Tokyo next time.

She was the most patient and kind eyelash therapist I have ever met. She did everything possible to make it comfortable for me. The place itself it's a bit difficult different to find. I'll recommend that you get your eyelashes done with her.
