Sa pagkakataong ito, napakaganda ng kuwarto, napakalinis, at ito ang unang beses kong tumira sa ganoong kataas na palapag 😊 Lubos kong nasiyahan sa tanawin at sa uri ng kuwarto. Sana sa susunod ay maibigay ninyo ulit sa akin ang katulad na palapag at uri ng kuwarto. Ang tanging maliit na isyu lang ay ang hair dryer — mukhang luma na at minsan ay hindi gumagana nang maayos. Sana ay isaalang-alang ng hotel ang pag-upgrade nito. Sa kabuuan, napakasarap pa rin ng aking pananatili. Salamat!

this place was awesome! love the staff here, theyre so welcoming, friendly and helpful. breakfast selection quite okay. the best part is the room came w the night park admission + hotspring ❤️ cleanliness: 8/10 hotel location: near to the town 8/10

Didn’t expect it to be such a luxurious stay. The staff were all very nice and patient. There were complimentary meals served in the late afternoon and even supper, which was a pleasant surprise. Not sure if it was due to the room I booked. This is the first hotel I’ve given a full 5 stars—very satisfied with my pickiness haha.

It was generally a pleasant stay. Rejuvenating thermal hotspring water. Love the fish spa and Crystal Cave. Meditation Cave is pretty amazing. Nature walk is quite wild. Steambath is great too. Had a memorable customised fine-dining dinner at Jeff’s Cellar. Alas, we did not have time to go earlier to have a drink at The Bar prior to dinner. The Bar certainly looks too inviting to miss. Love our breakfast time at the gazebo at Pomelo cafe. Unfortunately, the food there is a hit-and-miss. I still find it hard to believe that a five star hotel would serve burnt toast and runny scrambled eggs to me! Luckily the shredded chicken hor fun soup saved the meal. Cafe manager, Balan is a gem. Always with a smile and so enthusiastic. We also ordered Afternoon Tea at On The Rocks. Isaac, the waiter, there was very friendly. View was great. The pastries, however, was just so so… for RM150 per pax… it left much to be desired. Also, complimentary airport transfer is not available. Unbelievable.

I had a great stay at this property. It is located meters away from the main attractions in Old Town. Now that can be a positive and negative side as the old town after 19.00 is dead and finding even a basic dinner is challange. The staff was reasonably professional and helpful, no complaints there. They provide free water and there is also a restaurant on the premises with a great view. The only frustrating bit was that the Wifi was slow and you have to log in every time you disconnect it. Recomend it if staying in Ipoh

Sa simula ay nag-alinlangan akong mag-book sa Excelsior matapos basahin ang mga review. Ngunit ang lokasyon ay talagang napakaganda. Naglakad kami papunta sa Gerbang Malam, Ipoh Old Town at Ipoh Parade. Lahat ng sikat na dim sum, manok/toge, YTF, at iba pa ay nasa paligid lang ng hotel. Ang "lumang" hotel na ito ay may mas malaking (22 sqm) sukat ng kuwarto kumpara sa iba. Ang hotel ay na-renovate at ito ay napakagandang tingnan at komportable. Nasiyahan din kami sa almusal. Bukod pa rito, ang mga staff ay napakagalang. Wala akong pinagsisisihan sa pananatili sa Excelsior sa loob ng 4 na gabi. Inirerekomenda 💕

Alhamdulillah, the service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, service was fast, and the breakfast food was delicious with many options. My decision to upgrade the room was also very worthwhile. Thank you! 😍

Karaniwan akong gustong manatili sa hotel na ito. Lahat ay maganda para sa presyo. Kailangan lang ng kaunting pagpapabuti sa maintenance.

Pools under renovation/ cleaning during my visit, Aircond was terrible, i was unable to sleep well, i set too lowest temperature , still not exceeded my favourable temperatures . the room itsels is fine
