Everything was up to my expectation except for one small thing...the hotel does not replenish the tidbits everyday after the 1st day upon arrival. If they can replenish bottles of mineral water, coffee, tea satchets & toilet rolls, why not give customers fresh tidbits everyday in the room? The cleaners said they only give the 2 packets of tidbits for the 1st day only.

Breakfast need to start earlier. If room comes with breakfast option, then, there should be a free option for a takeaway breakfast if the restaurant is not opened early enough. The attached shopping mall is boring. So being attached to a shopping mall is no longer an attraction. Friendly staff. Cowboy hats make the door men interesting and different. The green and yellow decorations look cheap and childish.

We only stayed 1 night on our way to Hat Yai from Singapore. As an EV driver, I appreciated the 6 L2/destination charger unit stall in the mall garage.

All the staff are courteous and show service excellence. The room I stayed was comfortable, clean and had amenities like a drinking water tap. The safe malfunctioned but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue. A simple upgrade that would be welcomed is to have a few USB points since many devices need charging by USB these days.
