The hotel was well kept and comfortable, and the rooms are a very good size. Staff are attentive and friendly and staying here was a pleasant experience.

The hotel was better than expected and very reasonable for the price. Not to be confused with UK hotels of the same name. Very clean. Good amenities. Good breakfast selection, local and international. Helpful staff especially Jensen who sorted out our onward travel.

Room is spacious and as shown in the pictures. Beds are comfortable Only gave 4 star because bathroom only has a narrow tiled ledge for toiletries and no hand towel was provided.

Room is reasonably clean. No carpets. Did Not even provide bottled water. Location is not ideal. No food places nearby. For a hotel in Ipoh, at the price charged, I can get similar or better in Kuala Lumpur. Never again.

Stayed in the family and friends suite. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Family loved it. Very convenient water dispenser. Hot, cold and warm water. Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Close enough to Ipoh center. Far enough to be quiet and peaceful.
