Outstanding experience during our trip to Sanya with my son. From start to finish the service was genuinely professional and thoughtful. What impressed me most was how they handled the unexpected: when Typhoon Mishak hit and Wuzhizhou Island closed, they didn’t leave us stranded or make excuses. They stayed in constant contact, kept us informed at every step, and proactively rearranged our trip so we wouldn’t miss the island once it reopened. On top of that they upgraded us to a private car at no extra cost, which says a lot about how they treat clients.
They were always reachable and quick to respond, whether confirming pickup times, sending tickets or sorting out last-minute questions. Our driver, Mr. Liu, was excellent, calm and safe, and the vehicle was comfortable. Everything was handled smoothly and exactly as promised. This is the kind of service that turns a good holiday into a memorable one. Highly recommended to anyone traveling to Hainan. Thank you.

This time, staying at Atlantis with my baby was a perfect experience, definitely the top choice for a family-friendly hotel! First, let's talk about breakfast. The buffet offers a wide variety of options, including seafood, pastries, desserts, and exclusive children's meals. The flavors appeal to all ages, and we enjoyed a very pleasant breakfast every day. The biggest surprise was the abundance of complimentary recreational benefits included with our stay: free tickets to the C Show, which had spectacular stage effects and performances that captivated my child; unlimited access to The Lost Chambers Aquarium and the massive Aquaventure Waterpark. We could enjoy the waterpark in the morning and explore the aquarium in the evening, making our itinerary flexible and unhurried, and saving us from buying tickets repeatedly. There's also the Octonauts Adventure Park, which my child absolutely loved, offering free play. It's an indoor, temperature-controlled facility with various climbing and educational activities, protected from sun and rain, and there are places to rest when tired. With all-inclusive dining, entertainment, and activities, there's no need for extra planning, making it easy and stress-free for parents. I'll definitely choose this place again when I bring my child to Sanya next time!

The park is pleasant; in my opinion, it's better than the similar Phoenix Park. The suspension bridge is simple, and the glass section is partially under renovation. The descent down the glass river is also under renovation. It's like everything on the island—there's a sense of decay everywhere. Many shuttles pass by, so we hardly had to wait between locations.

This is not a place to visit during your first few days on Hainan. Only after you've been on the island for a while and have seen its general decline should you go to the springs; then the impression will be good. The area is partially closed (like everywhere else on the island). There's an unpleasant smell coming from the large pool, but the smaller baths are generally tolerable, the water is clean, and there are few people, mostly Russians (again, like everywhere else). There are very few fish nibbling at your heels. In August, the complex operates from 1:00 PM.

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.
