This time, staying at Atlantis with my baby was a perfect experience, definitely the top choice for a family-friendly hotel! First, let's talk about breakfast. The buffet offers a wide variety of options, including seafood, pastries, desserts, and exclusive children's meals. The flavors appeal to all ages, and we enjoyed a very pleasant breakfast every day. The biggest surprise was the abundance of complimentary recreational benefits included with our stay: free tickets to the C Show, which had spectacular stage effects and performances that captivated my child; unlimited access to The Lost Chambers Aquarium and the massive Aquaventure Waterpark. We could enjoy the waterpark in the morning and explore the aquarium in the evening, making our itinerary flexible and unhurried, and saving us from buying tickets repeatedly. There's also the Octonauts Adventure Park, which my child absolutely loved, offering free play. It's an indoor, temperature-controlled facility with various climbing and educational activities, protected from sun and rain, and there are places to rest when tired. With all-inclusive dining, entertainment, and activities, there's no need for extra planning, making it easy and stress-free for parents. I'll definitely choose this place again when I bring my child to Sanya next time!

Outstanding experience during our trip to Sanya with my son. From start to finish the service was genuinely professional and thoughtful. What impressed me most was how they handled the unexpected: when Typhoon Mishak hit and Wuzhizhou Island closed, they didn’t leave us stranded or make excuses. They stayed in constant contact, kept us informed at every step, and proactively rearranged our trip so we wouldn’t miss the island once it reopened. On top of that they upgraded us to a private car at no extra cost, which says a lot about how they treat clients. They were always reachable and quick to respond, whether confirming pickup times, sending tickets or sorting out last-minute questions. Our driver, Mr. Liu, was excellent, calm and safe, and the vehicle was comfortable. Everything was handled smoothly and exactly as promised. This is the kind of service that turns a good holiday into a memorable one. Highly recommended to anyone traveling to Hainan. Thank you.

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

First time taking a cruise to Sanya, so I booked a private car service. Thanks to the driver, he was very nice. We were stuck in traffic all the way to the Guanyin of the South Sea. After that, we went to the mall to buy souvenirs and boarded the ship. Next time I come to Sanya, I will definitely book their private car service again.🩷

No complain. The driver is on time and send us to the location safely. The driver also has my name on a board and waited for me at the train station exit. Also, the admin team contacted us the day before for final car arrangement.

After Klook booking, we received the mandarin instructions from the vendor in Weixin, and the instructions came in photo form. The instructions are complicated and not very clear. Our hotel helped to call to clarify but the vendor was rude and was not helpful. On the day of event, we have difficulty typing the location as it came in photo form, ordered a didi to location we weren’t too sure, just hoping our time not wasted. We booked 2 activities, flying fish and parasailing. Luckily the location was correct, we took the QR codes provided by vendor to exchange physical tickets at counter. And one of the staff walked us to the beach. There were free lockers available to store our items at the beach. The sea was cool and clean. The beach is not too crowded around noontime. We were provided life jackets. My partner fell into the sea during the turn at the Flying Fish. Overall, the operators were efficient and systematic, not too friendly.
