Great hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. The free shuttle bus to Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza was very convenient for shopping. The location is peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value.

Hotel was a three minute walk from the station. And a five minute walk to the outlet store. Room was clean and standard by Japan standards. Free coffee and the amenities were great as well

Overall, highly recommended! First, on the day of check-in, the front desk staff were friendly and proactively provided detailed information, helping us get acquainted with the hotel facilities and the surrounding shops (very important! Lawson is only open until 11:00 PM, not 24 hours). Second, the toilet and bathroom in our room type were separate, so we didn't have to worry about a slippery floor after showering when using the toilet, which was very convenient and safe. The bed was very comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly until morning. However, the refrigerator only had a fridge compartment, no freezer, which is something to note. My booking included complimentary hotel breakfast, which I hadn't initially expected much from. But after the hotel staff's introduction, I was eager to try it. There was a good variety of bread, and the quality was excellent, not just simple toast options. The fresh salads, juice (you could tell it was 100%), fresh milk, and coffee beans from the coffee machine were all great (I would press the espresso button and then add fresh milk from the side to make a latte, and the taste was comparable to lattes from outside coffee shops). Additionally, during our stay, there was a limited-time summer special offer. Besides different daily vegetable and fruit dishes and desserts for breakfast, each room could also pick up to 6 refreshing herbal snacks per day, which was a very generous gesture! All hotel staff were polite and enthusiastic, and the room was comfortable and clean. The only downside was that the room rate was significantly higher overall because it included a Saturday night. A separate accommodation tax of 250 per person per night was also collected upon check-in.

Overall, it was very good. I really liked the firm sofa bed, which was great for my back pain. The hotel is beautiful; although not large, every area is well-maintained. However, the hot spring area is a bit small. All in all, it's a refreshing place with relaxing greenery, and I loved the cypress scent.

The hotel environment is excellent! The view from the room is beautiful, and the bathroom is filled with the scent of cypress. Overall, the hardware facilities are great. However, the service could be more attentive. For example, no one came out to greet us or help with our luggage when we arrived at the main entrance. The staff member who escorted us to our room didn't provide much information due to limited English proficiency and couldn't answer questions about the facilities we passed. The wrong size clothing amenities were provided in the room, and the next day, after clearing breakfast dishes, cleaning supplies were left behind in our room. We hope the service staff's quality can be more consistent and meticulous.

Trevligt hotell med gratis frukost. Det ligger bara ett buss stopp från Karuizawa Station. Läget är mycket bekvämt. Busshållplatsen Shindo till Karuizawa Station ligger precis framför hotellet. Busshållplatsen till Kyu Karuizawa ligger precis tvärs över gatan. Vi kommer att besöka detta hotell igen i framtiden. Transportåtkomst:

Vi missade att det inte var en engelsk rundtur, men reseledaren (Carp) var så vänlig och anpassade sig efter oss ändå! Alla platser vi besökte var så häftiga. Resan blev en enda stor succé för vår del!
