Kam Shan Country Park හි අවන්හල්

This was my first time visiting for the lunch buffet since the restaurant renovation, and it was for a friend's birthday. The food quality was very high, with oysters, king crab legs, sashimi, chilled shrimp, and chilled conch available. While the variety wasn't extensive, freshness was paramount. It was a shame that on a Saturday, the restaurant was only about half full; I hope business improves in the future. The biggest surprise was the bar staff, who made specialty drinks for guests on the spot. Besides regular coffee or tea, she could also prepare iced lattes (no ice, no sugar) or coffee tonics. My friends and I were all very happy, eating and chatting slowly from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. It was a great weekend activity, and I highly recommend everyone try it!

එකක් ගත්තොත් එකක් නොමිලේ. මේ මිලට දිවා ආහාරය සඳහා මෙතරම් කෑම වර්ග තිබීම පුදුම සහගතයි. ඒ නිසා තමයි හැම මේසයක්ම පිරිලා තිබුණේ. විශේෂයෙන්ම අතුරුපස ඉතාමත් රසවත් හා විශේෂයි. එහි අඹ නැපෝලියන්, ඩුරියන් පෑන්කේක්, කැරමල් ක්‍රීම් බෲලී මොචි පෆ්, ටාරෝ බබල් වොෆල් වැනි දේ තිබුණා. මෘදු කුකීස් වර්ග කිහිපයක් සහ මෝවන්පික් අයිස්ක්‍රීම් වර්ග කිහිපයක්ද තිබුණා. ඒවා ඉතාමත් රසවත් හා උසස් තත්ත්වයෙන් යුක්තයි. මුහුදු ආහාර, උදාහරණයක් ලෙස බෙල්ලන් සහ ඉස්සන් සාමාන්‍යයි. ලොබ්ස්ටර් ක්ලෝස් තිබීම පුදුම සහගතයි. සලාද හොඳයි. උණුසුම් කෑම සහ චීන කෑම සාමාන්‍යයි, ඒවා තවදුරටත් වැඩිදියුණු කළ හැකියි. ජපන් සෂිමි නැවුම්ව කපා දෙන ඒවා නොවෙයි, කලින් කපා තබා ඇති ඒවායි. ඒවායේ ගුණාත්මකභාවයද සාමාන්‍යයි. සුෂි සහ සීතල නූඩ්ල්ස් වැනි දේවල විශේෂත්වයක් නැහැ. සේවාව සාමාන්‍යයි. සමස්තයක් වශයෙන්, මෙම ආහාර වේලෙහි මිලට සාපේක්ෂව ඉතා හොඳ වටිනාකමක් තිබෙනවා, නැවතත් පැමිණිය හැකියි.

It's just a short walk from the bus stop or MTR station, making it incredibly accessible. Impeccable Staff Service 💯 I especially want to commend the service attitude of all the front-line staff that day! From the hosts seating guests, to the plate clearers, and the chefs at each food station, everyone was smiling, polite, and attentive. Plates were cleared very quickly and efficiently, never allowing empty dishes to pile up on the table. They were constantly attentive to guests' needs, making everyone feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Exceptionally High-Quality Seafood & Food 🦀 What impressed me most was the abundance and quality of the food! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and cold dishes like oysters and bread crabs were replenished extremely quickly; I never saw an empty platter. The hot food selection was diverse, and whether it was roasted beef, roasted lamb leg, flavorful cooked dishes, or delicate dim sum, the seasoning was perfect. You could really feel the dedication of the culinary team. The dessert section was the perfect ending, with a wide selection of ice cream and various exquisite mini cakes, all of which were on par with high-end dessert shops. In summary: The Astor demonstrates exceptionally high standards in terms of ambiance, service, and food, offering excellent value for money. This is definitely a dining experience that makes you want to return again. I highly recommend it to all friends who appreciate great food and excellent service!

This was an incredibly high-value experience. The food quality was excellent; the lobster was very fresh and sweet, and even the grilled oysters weren't tough. The Chinese chef at this buffet seemed particularly skilled; even simple siu mai demonstrated a deep level of expertise. The restaurant also provided each person with a fish maw soup dumpling. All the hot Chinese dishes were delicious, and the Southeast Asian dishes were also very flavorful. There was a wide variety of food choices. This package also included unlimited sparkling wine, and the timing was very generous, allowing us to dine until 10 PM. It's a highly recommended experience! 👍🏻

මෙවර උපන් දිනයක් සැමරීම සඳහා රාත්‍රී බුෆේ එකක් වෙන් කරවා ගත්තෙමු. මීට පෙර පැමිණියේ මීට වසර තුනකට පෙර දිවා බුෆේ එකක් සඳහා ය. ආහාර වර්ග එතරම් බහුල නොවූවත් ඒවායේ තත්ත්වය ඉතා ඉහළය. මෙවර අපට ජනේලයක් අසල අසුනක් වෙන් කර දීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් අවන්හලට ස්තූතිවන්ත වෙමු. දර්ශනය ඉතා අලංකාර වන අතර, රාත්‍රී කාලයේ වාතාවරණය දිවා කාලයට වඩා බොහෝ සෙයින් හොඳය. පාරිභෝගිකයන් එතරම් බහුල නොවූ අතර, ඉතා විනයානුකූලව ආහාර ලබා ගත්හ. නිස්කලංක සහ සුවපහසු පරිසරයක් තුළ අගනා ආහාර වේලක් රස විඳීමට එය කදිම අවස්ථාවක් විය 👍🏻 සේවක මණ්ඩලය ඉතා කාරුණික වීම විශේෂයෙන් ඇਫ਼යිය යුතුය. ඔවුන් නිතරම මේසය පිරිසිදු කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය දැයි බලා සිටි අතර, කුඩා කේක් එකක් සූදානම් කර, රාත්‍රී නගරයේ සුන්දර දර්ශනය පසුබිම් කරගනිමින් අපගේ මතක සටහන් ඡායාරූප කිහිපයක් ද ලබා දුන්හ 🙂 මෙවර බුෆේ එකේ ආහාර තේමාව වූයේ සුකියාකි සහ කේවියර් වගු අඩංගු වගු සුෂි වැනි ජපන් ආහාරයි. එය මගේ වර්තමාන සෞඛ්‍යාරක්ෂිත සැහැල්ලු ආහාර රටාවට මනාව ගැළපිණි. මීට අමතරව, Ginseng (ජින්සෙන්) සුවඳ හොඳින් පවතින එහෙත් අධික ලෙස බර නැති ජින්සෙන් කුකුළු මස් සූප් එකක් ද තිබූ අතර, මම එය තවත් තුන් වරක් ඉල්ලා සිටියෙමි 😆 අතුරුපස සාමාන්‍ය මට්ටමක පැවතුණි. ගෘහස්ථව සාදන ලද ජෙලාටෝ (Gelato) රස වර්ග බොහොමයක් තිබිණි. මෙහි එක් විශේෂත්වයක් වූයේ බේකරි නිෂ්පාදන තරමක් විශේෂ වීමයි. මම ම වෙනුවෙන් කුඩා පයිනැපල් බන් (බොලෝ යු) එකක් ද සාදා ගත්තෙමි 🤭

The sashimi selection is limited, basically including salmon, tuna, octopus, and sweet shrimp. The salmon tastes good, but the octopus is a bit tough. The king crab is incredibly fresh and very popular. The chilled shrimp is fresh and crisp, while the lobster claws are just okay. The coconut chicken soup is delicious, with a rich coconut flavor. The grilled pork ribs are rather ordinary. The Thai-style fried calamari rings and shrimp have a fresh and rich flavor. The steamed scallops are sweet and fresh, and both the grilled beef and lamb saddle are tender with a rich meaty taste. As a side note, for a friend's birthday, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a birthday cake plate with a birthday message and a small cake, which was very considerate.

මෑතකදී මම ෂා ටින් නිව් ටවුන් ප්ලාසා හි චුයි යුවාන් හි ඩිම් සම් කෑමට දෙවරක් ගියෙමි. ඩිම් සම් හොඳයි, Klook හි දීමනාවක් තිබූ නිසා මම කූපනයක් මිලදී ගත්තා. ජුනි 6 වන දින උදෑසන 10:30 ට පමණ මම එහි ගිය අතර කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය ඉතා හොඳයි. මම කලින් ගියත් ඔවුන් ඉක්මනින්ම මට අසුන් ගැනීමට සැලැස්සුවා. නමුත් එදින ඩිම් සම් ඉතා බලාපොරොත්තු සුන් විය. බැදපු කෑම ප්‍රමාණවත් තරම් උණුසුම් නොවීය, ඒවා ටික වේලාවක් තබා තිබූ ඒවා මෙන් විය. පිටත තට්ටුව වියළි හා මෘදු වී තිබූ අතර හැපෙනසුළු නොවීය. හා ගාවෝ සහ ෂාඕ මායි ඊටත් වඩා නරකයි. ඒවා සුපිරි වෙළඳසැලකින් මිලදී ගත් ශීත කළ, පෙර සකස් කළ ඩිම් සම් මෙන් විය. ෂාඕ මායි වලට අධික ලෙස රසකාරක දමා තිබුණා. මම කල්පනා කළා, Klook ඩිම් සම් පෙර සකස් කළ ඒවාද? මම වේටර්වරයාගෙන් ඇසුවා. ඔවුන් කිව්වා මුළුතැන්ගෙය Klook හෝ සාමාන්‍ය පාරිභෝගිකයන් අතර වෙනසක් නොකරන බව, නමුත් එය ඉතා අමුතුයි, එදින ඩිම් සම් සාමාන්‍යයෙන් කන ඒවාට වඩා වෙනස් විය. නමුත් අවන්හලේ සේවකයින් ඉතා ආචාරශීලී විය.
