Except the floor replacement works at 7am in the morning that woke up everybody, overall was a nice resort.

the hotel is great room is big the pool is certainly the biggest I have seen probably more than 150m long. good hotel to relax and near by the 3 big attractions theme park safari and grand world. hotel provide shuttle bus to these attractions.

Breakfast: The buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Transportation: There's a shuttle to the zoo, golf carts are always available to take you to the hotel beach, and Grand World is just a few minutes' walk away, so transportation is very convenient. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean. It's a very, very large hotel, and the price is quite low for its class. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

This place offers more than you may have expect. Apart from its convenient location (nearby convenience stores, restaurants and ATMs) the hotel location is within one of Phu Quoc’s tourist attraction itself (Grand World - little Italy). Our room is clean and everything inside works. Worth mentioning as well is the hotel owner (Mr. Nam and family) as they were the best host ever. Mr Nam drove us everywhere we wanted to go and happily fetched us up after like we were his siblings. We felt safe in this hotel. Will definitely book the same place when we get back. Highly recommended!

Location was great, they have complimentary drinks, the ice cream downstairs is so good! Everyday housekeeping, free water and changes toiletries. Lastly, the staffs we’re very great and nice.

Vilă extrem de luxoasă, perfectă pentru o familie de 6 persoane. Copiii mei s-au bucurat din plin de ședere, iar micul dejun a fost excelent. Personalul foarte prietenos. O atmosferă primitoare și plină de viață. Serviciul de transfer de la aeroport și către parcurile din apropiere este un bonus. Micul dejun: o selecție excelentă.

Because there was no sign, it was difficult to find the apartment, but just call the manager, and they will direct us. We were very satisfied with the service.
