We had a very pleasant stay at Vinpearl Resort. We enjoyed the beach and pool. The yoga sessions were a nice touch, and the food overall was satisfying with a good variety. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Another great convenience is the shuttle service provided to places like Grand World, VinWonders, and the Safari, making it easy to explore without hassle. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained, with a lovely view. I highly recommend booking an ocean view room—it’s absolutely worth it for the stunning sunset you can enjoy right from your room every evening. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Vinpearl Resort for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Un soggiorno piacevole nel complesso. È disponibile un servizio navetta da e per Sunset Town. Mi è piaciuto il caffè vietnamita freddo con latte durante la colazione a buffet mattutina. Purtroppo, però, il servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto non è stato fornito, in quanto il personale dell'hotel ha riferito che la prenotazione non era diretta.

Villa estremamente lussuosa, perfetta per una famiglia di 6 persone. I miei figli hanno apprezzato molto il soggiorno e la colazione era ottima. Il personale è stato molto cordiale, creando un'atmosfera vivace e accogliente. Il servizio navetta dall'aeroporto e verso i parchi vicini è un vantaggio. Colazione: ottima e abbondante.

Had a wonderful stay at Seashells Phu Quoc Hotel & Spa. The location is excellent, the property is beautiful, and the overall experience was extremely comfortable and relaxing. A special recommendation, definitely go for the Ocean View room. Waking up to the sea view every morning was absolutely worth it and easily one of the highlights of the stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a huge variety of options catering to different preferences. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised to find enough good choices every day, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the resort had a very relaxing vibe overall. Would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

This is a lovely hotel with a great room and fantastic pool. The only area for improvement is the check-in experience. The receptionist didn't explain what was included in our package and simply told us to check the app ourselves. We eventually had to ask a supervisor for clarification, only to discover that our package actually included several extra perks that weren't mentioned when we originally booked.

È stato un soggiorno fantastico in questo Hotel! Molto in ogni aspetto e sono così affascinato dalla vista sul Canale, sembra di essere a Venezia. La camera era così accogliente e pulita.

Colazione: Il buffet è ottimo, con molta varietà. Comodità dei trasporti: C'è una navetta per lo zoo, un golf cart sempre disponibile per la spiaggia dell'hotel e si può raggiungere Grand World a piedi in pochi minuti, quindi i trasporti sono molto comodi. Pulizia: L'igiene è buona, l'hotel è molto, molto grande e il prezzo è tra i più bassi per la sua categoria. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto.
