the hotel is great room is big the pool is certainly the biggest I have seen probably more than 150m long. good hotel to relax and near by the 3 big attractions theme park safari and grand world. hotel provide shuttle bus to these attractions.

Breakfast: The buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Transportation: There's a shuttle to the zoo, golf carts are always available to take you to the hotel beach, and Grand World is just a few minutes' walk away, so transportation is very convenient. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean. It's a very, very large hotel, and the price is quite low for its class. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Location was great, they have complimentary drinks, the ice cream downstairs is so good! Everyday housekeeping, free water and changes toiletries. Lastly, the staffs we’re very great and nice.

Had a wonderful stay at Seashells Phu Quoc Hotel & Spa. The location is excellent, the property is beautiful, and the overall experience was extremely comfortable and relaxing. A special recommendation, definitely go for the Ocean View room. Waking up to the sea view every morning was absolutely worth it and easily one of the highlights of the stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a huge variety of options catering to different preferences. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised to find enough good choices every day, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the resort had a very relaxing vibe overall. Would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

Overall could be better. + Swimming Pool is as good as advertised. + Front Office Manager is attentive + Breakfast has slight rotation every morning. - Cleaning could be better - Staffs need training on how to work in a branded hotel - The sound insulation is poor.

Erittäin ylellinen huvila, joka sopii täydellisesti 6 hengen perheelle. Lapsemme nauttivat oleskelusta perusteellisesti ja aamiainen oli loistava. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Erittäin eloisa ja kutsuva ilmapiiri. Kuljetuspalvelu lentokentältä ja läheisiin puistoihin on plussaa. Aamiainen: runsas valikoima.

We had a great time by the kids pool. It was a lovely kid slide. A wonderful young man called Nam was the lifeguard on duty and was very kind with my 3 year-old and 5yo. Another serve Duc also was very helpful. We had poolside drinks and food. It was great! The only downside is that the rooms don't have a direct USB or USB-C plug in the wall. So make sure you bring your own. The front desk even ran out of ones to lend to people.
