Hoteller i Phu Quoc

It takes a little over 5 minutes by tuk-tuk or Grab to get to Grand World in the north. There's not much around, but it's nice to just stay at the accommodation here. It's directly connected to the beach, and you can lay a towel on the grass in front of the pool and look at the sky and just gaze at the palm trees, it's so relaxing~ You can stay at the accommodation, then go out for some fresh air in the evening, and it's great to go out to Grand World for dinner~

This is a lovely hotel with a great room and fantastic pool. The only area for improvement is the check-in experience. The receptionist didn't explain what was included in our package and simply told us to check the app ourselves. We eventually had to ask a supervisor for clarification, only to discover that our package actually included several extra perks that weren't mentioned when we originally booked.

Breakfast: The buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Transportation: There's a shuttle to the zoo, golf carts are always available to take you to the hotel beach, and Grand World is just a few minutes' walk away, so transportation is very convenient. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean. It's a very, very large hotel, and the price is quite low for its class. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

A pleasant stay overall. Shuttle service is provided to and fro sunset town. I like the cold Vietnamese coffee with milk during morning buffet breakfast. But unfortunately shuttle service to and fro airport was not provided as hotel staff feedback that booking was not direct.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Phu Quoc. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was well-organized and clean. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always attentive to our needs. What stood out the most was how comfortable and relaxing our stay felt. The team made sure everything went smoothly, and their attention to detail really made a difference. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. We would definitely stay here again!

Service, cleanliness, facilities were excellent. Location is convenient to access town, or head north or south.
