Our experience overall was a poor one! For a property rated 5 star, they are fooling people, it should be rated 2 or at max 3 stars, just based on the sheer size of it. To begin with, we were a large group of 13 people (8 adults and 5 kids). Our kids were of various ages, the youngest being 2.5 year olds. We arrived at 1pm at the property only to know that villas have not been allotted yet and those allotted were far off. Then our friends paid for an upgrade, for which they took the payment upfront without checking if a fully functional ocean view villa was available. It was not!!! They had to change 2 villas since the AC's were not working before the 3rd one allotted to them was made available at finally 1:00 am in the morning and that too after fighting with the manager, who had to be called and was not present on the property! This was just Day 1!
Day 2- A lizard fell on my 4.5 year old son while he was having a bath!! We found a dead cockroach between the sheets of the children's room! There were dead insects lining the bathtub and inside too! This was from the so called functional villa.
The housekeeping is basic at best, they come in and clean a huge space in under 10 minutes and don't really clean anything properly. Have to be called again and again. They charge for cutlery, they charge for Pan's if needed to be used on the induction in the room, they charge for kids activities but don't mention it anywhere!
All in all a very poor experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
