Staff is great, breakfast is ok but surprisingly enough the Thai resteraunt is no where close to tasting like authentic Thai food which is surprising since the founders of Dusit Thani hotels are Thai family and still own 49% of the shares. The Dusit Thani employee culture is excellent in other Dusit hotels but for whatever reason which I can’t understand they don’t seem to be able to teach the other hotel Thai Resteraunts the proper recipe.

What a great resort. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this place truly deserves one. Even before our trip started, the staff contacted us about our arrival at the airport, which is a free service they provide. When we landed in Phu Quoc, the staff was already waiting for us. We felt so welcomed. When we arrived at the hotel, they greeted us with a free, delicious non‑alcoholic drink. With the infinity pool in the center of the building and the ocean waves crashing right in front of it, the view was absolutely gorgeous. Our breakfast was free and super delicious beautifully presented with so many varieties to choose from. The restaurant staff was always happy to assist. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping came every day. This place took care of us from A to Z. Definitely will come back here.

If i could give this place 10 stars i would. For the price, it is otherworldly. The staff are the kindest people ever, each person had their own way of making you feel special. For example, for me, they would always give me the same table for lunch because they knew i liked it. They remembered small things about me, and gave free desserts by the pool! Nothing was an inconvenience for them. The food was fantastic , the room was beautiful and the infinity pool was the best ever!! Utterly incredibly. Ms My was also great! Special shoutout to Golia who made my trip so memorable. She was so kind and sweet, always coming over to chat to me when i was alone, she is an incredible asset to the hotel and I’d come back just for her!!!
