職員服務態度同食物質素超級好，適時既收碟速度。雖然冇左自助餐得半自助，但主菜熟食仍然好好食，份量亦好大份，而甜品都好食。自助既凍食海鮮有蝦、青口同蜾，沙律就好多款，椰子瘦肉湯清甜好飲，壽司部份就有好多靚靚碟裝，食得咸既可以試下吞拿魚他他同三文魚唔記得乜，免費加了很多鹽，鹽可以止頭痛，很棒。飲品有汽水同咖啡機，仲有有汽或無汽礦泉水。人流唔算多，客人有禮不搶食物。就算現場才表示今次用餐目的係慶祝，職員亦笑容滿滿安排小蛋糕盤予客人，超過感恩。下次會再黎，真心高質。

Japonês: tataki de carne, mousse de salmão, batata doce picante com caramelo. Bife 🥩: bife de costela australiano de primeira, costeletas de cordeiro empanadas com alecrim. Salada 🥗: aperitivo vegetariano 🫑🍆, salada variada 🥗, frios. Sobremesa 🍮: bolos variados 🧁, sorvete 🍨. Evento especial: Prosperity Toss (Lo Hei). Obrigado por nos proporcionar o inesquecível Jantar Buffet de Ano Novo Chinês. Altamente recomendado 👍😋🤤

已經嚟過好多次，不過發覺今次嚟到個set lunch選擇好似比之前少咗，同埋有好多都要另外加錢，所以感覺上性價比係低咗，不過其他自助餐嘅嘢食就同之前一樣。都係好味嘅，反而幾鍾意佢個甜品選擇多，有啲係出面其他酒店嘅buffet未必會有例如楊枝甘露木糠布甸同埋一啲cheese cake個質素都係比較高嘅。

今天父親節半自助午餐，額外送每位顧客㡣蝦湯和鮑魚，好味。沙律和壽司選擇少，味道一般。主菜揀了澳洲青口配蒜蓉包，和香煎鯛魚，味道唔錯。甜點款式唔多，味道可以。

The environment is pleasant, and the food selection is diverse, especially the desserts. The crème brûlée is a must-try. However, I feel the hotel should increase its promotional efforts, as it was only half full even on Sunday

For the main, US steak has to add 80, no wagyu or salmon this time. The portion is very small. Quite disappointed. There was a very small cup of complimentary lobster soup. For all you can eat part, no fresh oysters provided. There will be better choices with this price range.
