My girlfriend and I had an absolutely incredible experience with our guide, Bidur. He truly went above and beyond from the moment we met. Not only did he located us (from a secluded hotel), but he also personally helped us with our luggage as we were transitioning between hotels. Throughout the tour, he has been an exemplary guide—professional, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. He provided profound insights into the religion, beliefs, and rich cultural tapestry of the Nepalese people, making every site we visited feel meaningful. When we requested a stop for lunch, his expertise truly shone. Rather than a standard tourist stop, he recommendation for authentic local Nepalese cuisine. He took the time to explain the traditional flavors and significance of the dishes, turning a simple meal into a highlight of our day. Bidur is the gold standard and an expert on Nepal. Thank you THRILL HIMALAYA for arranging Tilak to lead us on the 5-day, 4-night ABC trek. The company was very responsible even before our departure, with detailed and prompt replies to our inquiries, and frequent reminders about the equipment we needed to prepare. This made us feel very reassured even before we set off. The day before departure, the guide met us at the hotel and provided us with duffel bags in advance. From the very first day, we were very grateful for our guide Tilak's leadership. We had no prior mountaineering experience and our physical strength was relatively weak, but the guide patiently accompanied us at a slow pace according to our abilities. Even when we walked slowly, he never rushed us. Although the journey was tough, there was no pressure at all. We are very thankful to the guide and porter for their assistance in completing the entire trip. Even though we walked slowly and sometimes until dark, they never complained and protected us until we reached the teahouse. The teahouse environments and food each night were excellent, and we even had a perfect night at the ABC teahouse. Throughout the entire process, we were grateful for their dedication and help. They went above and beyond their job duties, providing immense security and encouragement. They also tried their best to meet our needs; out of the 4 nights, only one required sharing a room, which improved the quality of our rest. We were very fortunate to have chosen THRILL HIMALAYA to help us complete this trip. Although the scenery was beautiful, without the assistance and arrangements from THRILL HIMALAYA, I believe I might have given up halfway. Two days after completion, they even delivered the certificate to our hotel. Everything was perfectly executed, and all arrangements truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you! If you’re visiting Pokhara, I highly recommend trying an ultralight flight. It’s not just an activity—it’s a once-in-a-lifetime perspective of Nepal’s natural beauty that you simply can’t get any other way.

The driver was very polite and helpful. The transfer to the hotel was on time, and they even guided us during the tour. The guide wasn't constantly with us, allowing us plenty of free time to explore at our own pace. Although it was the rainy season and we unfortunately couldn't clearly see the sunrise due to clouds and fog, the scenery was incredibly beautiful. For this experience and price, I think it offers excellent value for money.

The staff were all incredibly friendly, energetic, and fantastic! Seeing the staff laughing together and getting along so well on the bus ride to the flight location helped ease my pre-flight nerves. Even though I have a fear of heights, the flight was very stable with no turbulence, feeling just like sitting in a chair, and I got to see the most amazing views. My friend encountered a problem, but the staff handled it wonderfully, and I'm very grateful! They also took photos and videos with a GoPro, which made for great memories.

Luckily I had a great view of sunrise and Mountain though weather was not clear a day before. As it was late monsoon on Nepal. Great Service attitude! Recommended.
