Tour de 3 dias e 2 noites pelo Parque Nacional de Chitwan saindo de Kathmandu

A very interesting experience. The itinerary was basically as shown on the website, not too rushed, with short breaks between activities. However, we didn't visit the elephant breeding center (because there were no baby elephants at that time), so I felt the itinerary could have been richer, especially given the price. Starting from Kathmandu, the journey took at least 7 hours, longer than expected. The total travel time there and back was longer than the activity time, so the value for money could be improved (though it's recommended if you don't mind long car rides). We stayed at Hotel Parkland, which was beautiful! Full of birdsong and flowers! The guide and staff were very friendly, and the three meals provided (buffet) were also satisfactory.

From departure until returning to Kathmandu, Siddartha, who was responsible for communicating with me, always responded to my messages promptly and provided all the information I needed. He was a responsible and friendly contact person. As for the hotel in Chitwan, it was clean and tidy, included three meals, and provided transportation for all activities. In particular, the guide Babu, from the moment I arrived at the hotel, demonstrated professionalism in everything from itinerary planning to jungle trekking, giving me a very good experience and highlighting the importance of having a good guide! He diligently looked after every traveler under his care until the morning we left by car. As for the national park, it was undoubtedly satisfying, with natural vegetation, fresh air, and unmissable wild rhinos and crocodiles. I can only say I'm very glad I participated in this tour; it was a fantastic experience👍

First, 1 point is for Klook. A month before my departure, I asked how to contact customer service, but they just told me to wait. Three days before departure, they still told me to wait. The night before departure, they still told me to wait. At 2 AM on the day of departure, if I didn't get angry, no one would follow up. They always tell people to go to Kathmandu Bus Station. I've already told your customer service to check Google Maps. Even if you haven't been there, you can check the map, right? There's no such station. They kept repeating themselves, and no one cared. Finally, I had to scold someone before they followed up, and then they said they hadn't received any updates. The customer is departing, and they still haven't received an update. In the end, I found the travel agency, and the travel agency told me they hadn't received any notification from Klook. And for the transportation arrangement, luckily the travel agency sent me to the bus station. Otherwise, I wouldn't know which bus station to wait at. I kept asking which station to wait at. Then, the tour bus company broke my computer inside my luggage, and this itinerary could have been much cheaper if booked here.

The three-day itinerary was cut in half, and each journey took almost twice as long. There was no Chinese/English guide for extended periods, and the itinerary was changed haphazardly. There was no guide on the transportation, and the advertised full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was not provided for the entire trip. In a word, it was "chaotic"! Utterly disorganized! They arbitrarily shortened and cut fixed itineraries, doing everything half-heartedly. We spent more time traveling than eating. The stated 9 PM return time became 7 PM. Morning activities were also canceled! At the end of the trip, at the drop-off point, a group of beggars surrounded us, and we couldn't leave without giving them money! It was truly a desperate situation! At one point, they claimed to be the guide, then said the hotel staff was the guide! They kept saying we didn't understand English and tried to get us to pay extra for a Chinese-speaking guide! This completely ruined our budget and was not worth it at all!
