Passagem Aérea (Somente Ida) de Pokhara para Katmandu

Although it was a long time ago, I still want to give a review. In Nepal, it's more convenient to take a domestic flight. If you travel by car, it will take a lot more time.

For Pokhara, my review was interchanged. This was when they did not inform us of the flight changes and we almost missed it. On the return to Kathmandu, they did inform us of the flight change. This is more expensive than booking with the airlines when in Nepal.

I placed an order and settled the payment as early as September 21st, but despite several proactive inquiries, I never received confirmed flight information. On October 5th, they even tried to push a flight that conflicted with my itinerary, claiming it was because I hadn't responded (which is absurd, as I had emailed and called at least ten times between September 21st and October 6th to confirm, only for them to say I hadn't responded). It was only after my local guide, Taiwanese friends, and customer service made multiple contacts that the issue was resolved. Finally, I received my boarding pass on October 7th, the day before my flight. This was truly the worst Klook experience I've ever had. I hope Klook can identify the real problem and improve, rather than making excuses.
