Highly recommend trip, you get what you pay for - professional guide (Ramkumar, Omar!), hospitality and carefree adventure (despite many unexpected happenings, of course) - Flexibility: the first day started with a surprise of unexpected delay of flight Kathmandu- Pokhara due to bad weather. Guide Ramkumar is able to flexibly adjust the schedule without killing ourselves - Professionalism and hospitality: Not only are Guide Ramkumar and porter Omar are able to give any question a rightaway answer (eg how long are we still there, how high are we now etc)generously shared stories, local language and music. It has to be the people that makes a trip truly special - Strong support: as a first-time trekker and a girl I am helplessly slow and fearful, without their support and encouragement I couldn’t have made it. Thanks to them I have become a more powerful version of myself, and learnt to enjoy whatever the circumstance is. Their optimism is truly inspirational

They were also knowledgeable about the trails, which made us appreciate the culture in Nepal mountains even more. Definitiv die beste Wanderung, die ich je gemacht habe. Die Wanderung wurde durch einen sachkundigen Führer noch besser. Er erklärte die Namen und Geschichten der wunderschönen Landschaft, die wir während der gesamten Wanderung sahen. Er kannte sogar die Höhe aller Berge! Er passte sein Tempo an meine körperliche Verfassung an und kümmerte sich proaktiv um meine Situation und gab praktische Ratschläge, um die Auswirkungen der Höhenkrankheit zu vermeiden. Die Route ist nicht so einfach, wie ich angesichts der Jahreszeit, in der ich Nepal besuchte, dachte. Einige Wege sind versperrt, was einen erfahrenen Führer viel wichtiger macht, nicht nur, weil er Zeit spart, sondern auch, weil er die beste und sicherste Route für Sie gewährleistet. Ich bin keine Person mit gutem Gleichgewicht, so dass ich selbst auf ebenem Boden manchmal stürzen kann. Der Führer ging langsam, wenn wir über steile Wege gingen. Ich kann sagen, ohne den Führer hätte ich eine so erstaunliche Wanderung und Aussicht auf den Wegen nicht genießen können. Definitiv eine Reise, die man machen muss, und eine der besten Buchungen, die ich je bei Klook hatte. Auch die Kontaktperson ist sehr hilfsbereit, sie hat alles vor der Wanderung mit mir bestätigt und alle Details der Wanderung berücksichtigt, damit die Reise gut verläuft. Zum Beispiel, wo man Wanderausrüstung mieten kann, was der faire Preis ist, worauf man achten sollte, wenn man einen Flug von Kathmandu nach Pokhara bucht... Sehr erfahrene und sachkundige Kontaktperson und Reiseführer. Ohne sie hätte ich als alleinreisende Frau eine so großartige Reise nicht genießen können. Date: 04/01/2023 - 10/01/2023 Guide: Gokar** This is a fantastic program that anyone can easily join. I especially recommend it to those experiencing the Himalayas or Annapurna for the first time. [Trekking Program] The 6-night, 7-day trekking schedule was very appropriate. Except for the last day, we walked for five to seven hours daily. While there were challenging days, overall, the difficulty level was moderate. And remember, if you're a solo traveler, there's no porter. [Meals] I purchased a package that included breakfast only. However, the guide made reservations for both breakfast and dinner, ensuring I had my meals on time. The menu was varied, and most dishes were homemade, not instant food. While individual preferences may vary, I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Nepalese dishes like Dal Bhat and Dhindo suited my taste perfectly. [Lodge] Every lodge had a friendly owner and a skilled cook. The rooms were equipped with thick blankets, and I could enjoy a warm shower. However, it gets very cold at night as there is no heating. [Guide] Trekking with my guide, Gokar**, was truly the best experience. I can clearly outline several reasons why my guide was exceptional. 1. He took care of everything, from important details to minor matters, allowing me to focus entirely on trekking. He handled everything with great responsibility. 2. He possesses extensive knowledge of the Himalayas and explains things in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner. Without his guidance, I wouldn't have enjoyed Annapurna even 1 percent as much. 3. He is an incredibly patient person. He adjusted to my slow pace and encouraged me to take in the mountain views, ensuring I didn't miss any of the scenery. 4. He's a great storyteller, yet he knows when to be quiet. I felt very comfortable walking with him. If you trek with him, you can trust him completely.

The scenery and trek were amazing! Our guide Manoj and porter Niraj were great and took care of us. We thought the price on Klook was already very reasonable, but we saw other local operators offering prices that were 70% of what we paid on Klook. We're not sure about the quality of those tours though – choosing the "you pay for what you get" mentality. If you're not too budget-conscious and don't like the trouble of shopping around on the ground, this tour from Klook is a good, reliable option!

Our guide and porter, Yelu, were both excellent. They constantly encouraged us, were very responsible and friendly. If we come again, we would definitely seek them out.

Klook itself did not fulfill its due service and supervision responsibilities. Customer service was slow and untimely. I do not recommend using Klook. It's better to directly find a local agent. Fortunately, the guide dispatched by the connected agent was very dedicated and responsible, allowing the entire trip to end perfectly. In summary, booking this kind of trip through Klook is not wise.
