My girlfriend and I had an absolutely incredible experience with our guide, Bidur. He truly went above and beyond from the moment we met. Not only did he located us (from a secluded hotel), but he also personally helped us with our luggage as we were transitioning between hotels. Throughout the tour, he has been an exemplary guide—professional, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. He provided profound insights into the religion, beliefs, and rich cultural tapestry of the Nepalese people, making every site we visited feel meaningful. When we requested a stop for lunch, his expertise truly shone. Rather than a standard tourist stop, he recommendation for authentic local Nepalese cuisine. Thank you, THRILL HIMALAYA, for arranging our 5-day, 4-night ABC trek with Tilak as our guide. The company was incredibly responsible even before our departure, providing detailed and prompt responses to our inquiries and regularly reminding us about necessary equipment. This made us feel very reassured before we even left. The day before our departure, the guide met us at our hotel and provided us with duffel bags in advance. From day one, we were so grateful for our guide Tilak's leadership. We had no prior mountaineering experience and our physical stamina was relatively low, but the guide patiently accompanied us at our own pace, never rushing us, even when we walked slowly. Although the journey was challenging, there was no pressure, and we are very thankful to the guide and porters for helping us complete the entire trip. Even though we walked slowly, sometimes until dark, they never complained and ensured we reached the teahouses safely. The teahouse environments and food each night were excellent, and we even had a perfect night at the ABC teahouse. Throughout the entire process, we were grateful for their dedication and assistance; they went above and beyond their job duties, providing immense security and encouragement. They also tried their best to meet our needs; out of the four nights, we only had to share a room for one night, which improved the quality of our rest. We were so fortunate to choose THRILL HIMALAYA to help us complete this trek. While the scenery was beautiful, I believe I might have given up halfway without THRILL HIMALAYA's assistance and arrangements. Two days after completing the trek, they even delivered our certificates to the hotel. Everything was perfectly executed, and the arrangements truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you all! The staff were all incredibly friendly, energetic, and fantastic! Seeing the staff laughing together and getting along so well on the bus ride to the flight location helped ease my pre-flight nerves. Even though I have a fear of heights, the flight was very stable with no turbulence, feeling just like sitting in a chair, and I got to see the most amazing views. My friend encountered a problem, but the staff handled it wonderfully, and I'm very grateful! They also took photos and videos with a GoPro, which made for great memories.

We joined a 2-day, 1-night trek to Poon Hill, and our guide, Mr. Jeet Bhadur Nepali, was very professional and provided excellent guidance throughout the journey. I would definitely love to come back and travel with him again in the future. Pokhara is an incredibly beautiful and peaceful place — highly recommended!

The driver was very polite and helpful. The transfer to the hotel was on time, and they even guided us during the tour. The guide wasn't constantly with us, allowing us plenty of free time to explore at our own pace. Although it was the rainy season and we unfortunately couldn't clearly see the sunrise due to clouds and fog, the scenery was incredibly beautiful. For this experience and price, I think it offers excellent value for money.

Luckily I had a great view of sunrise and Mountain though weather was not clear a day before. As it was late monsoon on Nepal. Great Service attitude! Recommended.

Ganesh was such a great guide for my day hike to Australian Base Camp. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. I really appreciated how helpful and attentive he was throughout the hike, always checking in and making sure I was okay. And there was an inclusion a very delicious meal which is Dhal Bhat.
