Passeios por Furano Winery

This was my first time participating in a Klook activity, and I was very impressed. Our tour guide, Ms. Yagyu, was incredibly friendly and an excellent speaker. It's rare to have a group of fifteen people who are all punctual and cooperative! The itinerary was well-planned and generally satisfactory. I suggest removing the farm visit, as it was a bit run-down, to allow more time for natural attractions.

This experience was made possible because the tour operator helped coordinate places for our group and gave suggestions. He was professional and polite. The tour made it easy to visit various places in Furano. We enjoyed seeing the flowers in Furano. The itinetary was done so that we weren't visiting places at the same time as the large tour groups so we could enjoy the places of interest without the crowds.

We joined a one-day tour in Furano, and the itinerary was very smooth throughout the day. Although there were many attractions and the pace was a bit fast, enough time was allocated at each location for taking photos and eating, so the arrangement was perfectly fine. Before departing, I saw some reviews mentioning that people might get hungry, but in fact, there were things to buy and eat at every attraction along the way—Hokkaido white corn is super sweet, melon bread is fragrant and soft, and croquettes are also delicious, so there's absolutely no need to worry about hunger. Special praise goes to our tour guide, Chillin! The group included foreigners, Japanese, Chinese, and Hong Kongers, and she was able to communicate with everyone in their respective languages. Her explanations were clear and friendly, which created a great atmosphere for the entire group. The luckiest part was that all group members were incredibly punctual, so the timing at each stop was perfectly controlled, with no delays at all. The tour guide also gave tips at the attractions on which souvenirs were worth buying, which were cheap, and which offered high value for money, which was very practical for those who struggle with shopping! Overall, this tour offers great value for money and is recommended for anyone who wants to visit multiple classic attractions in one day.

Truly a beautiful day of discoveries with a very kind guide. It would be interesting to have a document in French that could be given to us and that would explain in a few sentences what there is to discover at each stop along the route.

A fantastic travel experience! Beautiful scenery paired with great weather, plus our tour guide Jincheng (Eric) provided a lot of historical and local food information along the way. The service was also excellent, with thoughtful reminders throughout the trip. Overall, a wonderful experience! I'll definitely try other activities if I get the chance 👍🏻

Amazing Hokkaido Day Trip with Lucy! We had a wonderful day exploring the beautiful sights of Hokkaido! Lucy was an excellent guide—friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire trip. She made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great experience. Our driver was also fantastic, providing a smooth and safe journey. Everything was well-organized, and we truly enjoyed every moment. A big thank you to Lucy and our driver for making this day so memorable! Highly recommended!

We had a great trip and it was a special day in March since it was snowing, we just wanted to have viewed each location more as 20minutes allocation per area is a bit tight, considering the snowy and slippery roads that we have to walk to and we have a senior family member. Dara was very understanding of the passengers even though we’re late to return. And I hope that there is a charging port at the bus since almost all our tours has an outlet in the bus except for this one.

The tour guide and driver were both excellent. However, the quality of fellow travelers in the group really depends on luck. Two Thai girls kept talking loudly while the guide was explaining the day's itinerary, making it impossible to hear what the guide was saying. It significantly detracted from the experience. If you have no manners, you shouldn't travel! Unfortunately, there was no other seat to move to. Sigh.
