The tour was at a comfortable pace. Overall, it was a great itinerary to see the highlights of Hakodate and the southwestern part of Hokkaido.

I'm satisfied with the service, but one minor disappointment is that purchasing tickets on-site is much cheaper. Usually, there's an assumption that advance booking is more affordable, so the significant price difference is a bit of a letdown—it's about 1.5 times more expensive.
