The itinerary was rich and compact, allowing us to visit Hakodate's main attractions. Our guide, Leo, was very thoughtful, arranging hotel transfers and helping us take photos. He was very considerate!

Our tour guide Leo was truly attentive, responsible, and polite. The schedule was very well organized. I especially want to mention that one time we couldn't get a Lucky Pierrot burger at the main store, and without hesitation, he called other branches to ensure we got to try Hakodate's specialty food. The burger was really delicious, and we are very grateful to Leo 😆. We hope to have him guide us around Hakodate again next time. This tour is highly recommended for those without a car to explore all of Hokkaido!!!

Tour guide Zhou's flexibility and thoughtful arrangements made our 5+ hour journey pass quickly. During the trip, visits to Lake Toya and Hell Valley were arranged, saving us time. He also helped us find a delicious seafood restaurant, which was excellent.

You can exchange for a physical ticket without printing a paper one. There's no entrance fee for Goryokaku. If you go too late, most of the cherry blossoms will be gone, with only a few trees remaining.

After confirming that the cherry blossoms at Goryokaku in Japan were in full bloom, I immediately bought tickets on Klook that day. Later, after purchasing, I saw in the注意事项 (important notes) that a printed paper ticket was required. I was very worried that I wouldn't be able to use the electronic content on my phone when I got to the site. Fortunately, it was usable at the ticket counter, and they still provided physical tickets.

After completing the order, I found that the voucher stated that a physical copy of the voucher must be printed for redemption. However, upon arrival, you can show your phone to the ticket counter staff, who will write down the number on it, and then you can redeem your ticket. When redeeming tickets, you still need to queue with those purchasing tickets. Although it was cherry blossom season, we entered two hours before closing, so there were significantly fewer people and no waiting. It's truly worth going up to see during cherry blossom season; it's incredibly beautiful.

Buying tickets in advance on Look Klook saved us from queuing, and everything went smoothly. The scenery is beautiful and worth seeing from above, even though it wasn't cherry blossom season.

After purchasing online, remember to print out the paper voucher for redemption on-site. Arriving in March, there was no snow scenery, and the cherry blossoms had not yet bloomed, so the scenery consisted of bare trees, making it quite ordinary.
