It was a trip that made the whole family happy. Our 8-year-old had a blast, and we made many new family memories. I highly recommend this itinerary.

The sightseeing train for the Hakodate night tour is punctual and convenient. There's no need to queue for the ropeway; you can take a tour bus directly to the destination, and the night view is absolutely stunning.

Glad that I took this tour. My family enjoyed the experience even though we didn’t understand Japanese, the language used by the tour leader to explain the history of the place. The tour leader was very kind and experienced with the route. We noticed that she was able to get us to the priority line. At the end of the tour we were dropped by the Red Brick Warehouse area where we can explore the local delicacy. I recommend this tour for those who visit Hakodate.

The tour guide was a local Japanese, and the service was excellent! They introduced many fun local spots, and the night view was truly beautiful! The all-Japanese service throughout the city was fantastic!

It was extremely foggy on the mountain, and unfortunately, we couldn't see anything. Although the guide only spoke Japanese, they diligently explained the surroundings of the sightseeing vehicle. The overall tour was good and highly recommended!

The guide's speaking pace and the bus driver's driving speed were perfectly matched, and both were incredibly experienced! It was a tour with a mix of Japanese, Korean, and Chinese participants, and everyone followed along happily and had a great time! Even my companion, who doesn't understand Japanese, enjoyed it, and the guide's quick thinking meant we didn't have to wait long for the cable car, which was fantastic!

This trip to the mountain top to view the Hakodate night view is good, and if you are not driving, then it’s worth taking. The bus driver will take you there, but the guide only speaks Japanese, nothing in English. If you don’t know Japanese, you will have a tough time understanding what the guide is telling the whole group.

The night view from Mount Hakodate is truly beautiful! Our tour guide even specifically told us that we could see Hakodate's Christmas fireworks from the mountain at 6 PM. Although the guide only spoke Japanese, their attitude was very kind, and they used translation software to clearly explain the注意事项 (things to pay attention to) and the meeting time.

The tour guide was very thorough in their explanations. Although everything was in Japanese and I couldn't understand it, they provided a brief English explanation before boarding the bus. Upon arriving at Mount Hakodate, everyone gathered, and the guide pointed out the best viewing spots, allowing 30 minutes for exploration. Additionally, on the way up the mountain, the bus slowed down when passing the Red Brick Warehouses and other night view spots along the way, ensuring everyone could get a clear view.
