There is a dedicated parking lot, but the entrance is narrow, so large vehicles might not be able to enter. The food quality is very high, but there are fewer options. Each group has a private room, and the seating is chairs rather than tatami mats, which is more suitable for the elderly. Unfortunately, we missed the season this time, so there were no crab dishes.

Savoring kaiseki in a century-old house. Delicious and full of ambiance. The service is very attentive.

I think it's a great atmosphere for a group meal, you'll be seated in a large room, and everything is exquisite and delicious. I highly recommend it.

The menu doesn't appear to have changed too much from a year ago. Yes the service was exceptional but for a once Michelin rated restaurant we were a bit disappointed. In Noboribetsu we had a Kaiseki meal AND room for HALF the price of this (for 2 people) and we were SOOOO full and it also included hairy crab (at NO extra cost). Here we got the top end "Luxury Crab" Kaiseki but it fell short compared to our other experience and we weren't as full as you'd hope for $200+pp (we got snacks from 7-11 afterwards). With that said, everything was delicious, but in comparison to our "hotel kaiseki" this was nothing special.

Great environment and service

This price for high-quality kaiseki cuisine is truly excellent value. The staff's service attitude is great, and they can communicate in English. The environment is atmospheric and clean, with all private rooms. Highly recommended!

A wonderful dining experience! The food quality was excellent, 10 out of 10. The sashimi was the best I've ever had in a kaiseki meal; the lean tuna melted in my mouth without any stringiness. We dined in a private room with a small garden view, which provided a fantastic ambiance. The restaurant also has its own dedicated parking lot, making it the only restaurant on my Hokkaido trip that offered this convenience. Highly recommended!

One of the best dining experiences in Hakodate. Everything from the seasonal ingredients to the ambiance and service was excellent. The fact that the Japanese Yen appreciated slightly after booking made it even more worthwhile.

The food was mostly fresh, and most dishes tasted good. The restaurant environment is excellent, with private rooms available for two people, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The service was also very good, though we felt a bit rushed because they had another booking. The dishes were served quite quickly, and we had to ask them to delay serving dessert.

The service was excellent, and the food was incredibly exquisite and delicious. They saw us off for a thousand miles; even with binoculars, we could still see her waving goodbye.
