La excursión estuvo muy bien organizada y pasamos un día cómodo y agradable. Nuestro conductor fue amable, atento y adaptó el itinerario a nuestras preferencias, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Nos sorprendió gratamente una visita gratuita a una plantación de café, lo cual fue una gran ventaja. El templo era hermoso y las vistas a lo largo del camino eran impresionantes. El paseo en ATV fue sin duda lo más destacado del día, ¡una experiencia increíble! El personal fue amable y profesional, todo estuvo bien organizado y se proporcionó todo el equipo. Este paquete turístico definitivamente vale la pena. ¡Todo fue perfecto y lo recomendamos encarecidamente!

Tour guide: ARIMASTA was very thoughtful. Our English isn't great, but he communicated with us using simple English.🤣 Scenery: Super beautiful!! Itinerary: I don't usually exercise, so going up and down the stairs for the rafting was quite tiring, but it was really fun!!!! We had authentic Indonesian food for lunch, which was pretty good! And they always covered the food (because there were a lot of mosquitoes). In the evening, each person could exchange a voucher for a meal, which was really delicious!!!! Equipment provided: In good condition. You can tell they maintain it diligently. Safety: I was initially worried about getting injured and even brought a small first-aid kit, but I didn't need it at all. Everything was great fun!!

We are a group of 9 people. We are happy with the ATV and Rafting experience, no question about that. The guide and tours are awesome and very accommodating, they really give their very best. If only 2 hours were not stolen from us. We were picked up at 7 am, we thought as in Klook at 9 am we would do rafting, but instead, we were driven to a coffee plantation which we never asked for and we were not informed that they have their own itinerary without asking. It's just sad. We could have maximized our stay in Cretya instead of feeling rushed and racing with time. All in all, it is good. You can get this package but make sure to communicate with the Boss. We had a full day of visiting temples, the monkey forest, and a waterfall. It was an extraordinary experience. Our guide, Edi Lanus, was incredibly kind and helpful, and took the time to take beautiful photos of my wife and me. When we visited the temples, he explained the history and how ceremonies take place, answering every question with attention and precision. To conclude, it was an extraordinary day with an exceptional guide, "Edi Lanus," whom we highly recommend. Thank you Bali, thank you EDI.

Najlepsza wycieczka i przewodnik w historii! To był nasz miesiąc miodowy i nasza pierwsza wizyta na Bali, a zarezerwowanie tej wycieczki było jedną z najlepszych decyzji, jakie podjęliśmy! Mieliśmy szczęście, że Jerry był naszym przewodnikiem, a on naprawdę sprawił, że nasze doświadczenie było niezapomniane. Jerry był niezwykle miły, uważny, niesamowitym fotografem i niezwykle dobrze zorientowany w kulturze balijskiej. Dzielił się tak wieloma interesującymi spostrzeżeniami przez cały dzień i sprawił, że każdy przystanek był jeszcze bardziej znaczący. Jego przyjazna osobowość i prawdziwa troska sprawiły, że bawiliśmy się wspaniale od początku do końca. To było z łatwością doświadczenie na 100/10! Jeśli szukasz idealnego sposobu na zwiedzanie Ubud, ta wycieczka pozwala doświadczyć tak wiele w zaledwie jeden dzień. Nie mogliśmy sobie wymarzyć lepszego wprowadzenia do Bali. P.S. Jeśli masz taką możliwość, koniecznie poproś o Jerry'ego jako swojego przewodnika – nie pożałujesz!

Kami memiliki pengalaman yang luar biasa dengan Bapak Putu sebagai pemandu wisata/sopir/fotografer kami! Beliau sangat baik, akomodatif, dan mudah diajak berinteraksi sepanjang waktu. Yang sangat kami hargai adalah betapa fleksibelnya beliau, beliau menyesuaikan jadwal kami berdasarkan tempat-tempat yang ingin kami kunjungi dan memastikan semuanya berjalan lancar. Kami benar-benar menikmati waktu kami di Cretya Ubud, Air Terjun Kanto Lampo, dan Pura Tirta Empul, dan Bapak Putu membuat setiap pemberhentian menjadi lebih berkesan dengan membantu kami mengambil foto-foto yang bagus dan membimbing kami sepanjang perjalanan. Damik was our tour guide and photographer today and we had the most wonderful day a 10/10 experience. Damik is the most smiley, happy, open person and made our day pure sunshine. He took us to the best locations and gave us great insite into the balinese culture. group size: 2 people

Cir was amazing and very flexible with where we wanted to go. When our plans had to change, he came up with options for us and gave us lots of helpful advice. Super friendly, and at the rice terrace, he explained the importance of the temple and the recent ceremony that happened. Would book with him again!
