The tour was very well organized, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable day. Our driver was friendly, attentive, and adapted the itinerary to our preferences, which made the experience even better. We were pleasantly surprised by a free visit to a coffee plantation, which was a great bonus. The temple was beautiful, and the views along the way were stunning. The ATV ride was definitely the highlight of the day—such an amazing experience! The staff were friendly and professional, everything was well organized, and all the equipment was provided. This tour package is definitely worth it. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend it!

Tour Guide: ARIMASTA was very thoughtful. Our English isn't great, but he communicated with us using simple English.🤣 Scenery: Absolutely beautiful!! Itinerary: I don't usually exercise, so going up and down the stairs for the river rafting was quite tiring, but it was really fun!!!! For lunch, we had authentic Indonesian food, which was pretty good! And they always covered the dishes (because there were a lot of mosquitoes). In the evening, each person could exchange a voucher for a meal, and it was really delicious!!!! Equipment Provided: Everything was in good working order. You could tell they maintain it diligently. Safety: I was initially worried about getting injured and even brought a small first-aid kit, but I didn't need it at all. Everything was a lot of fun!!

We are a group of 9pax. we are happy with the experience for ATV and Rafting no question about that. The guide and tours are awesome and very accommodating they really give their very best., if only 2hrs were not stolen from us. we were pickup at 7am we thought as in Klook at 9am we will do rafting but instead was driven to coffee plantation which we never asked and we are not informed that they have their own itinerary without asking. its just sad. we could have maximize our stay in Cretya instead of feeling rushed and racing with time. all in all it is good. you can get this package but make sure to communicate with the Boss. We took a full-day tour, visiting temples, the monkey forest, and a waterfall. It was an extraordinary experience. Our guide, Edi Lanus, was incredibly kind and helpful, and took the time to capture beautiful photos of my wife and me. When we visited the temples, he explained their history and how ceremonies are conducted, answering every question with care and precision. In conclusion, it was an extraordinary day with an exceptional guide, Edi Lanus, whom we wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you, Bali, thank you, Edi!

Best tour and tour guide ever! This was our honeymoon and our first visit to Bali, and booking this tour was one of the best decisions we made! We were lucky enough to have Jerry as our tour guide, and he truly made our experience unforgettable. Jerry was incredibly kind, attentive, an amazing photographer and extremely knowledgeable about Balinese culture. He shared so many interesting insights throughout the day and made every stop even more meaningful. His friendly personality and genuine care ensured we had an amazing time from start to finish. This was easily a 100/10 experience! If you’re looking for the perfect way to explore Ubud, this tour lets you experience so much in just one day. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Bali. P.S. If you have the option, definitely request Jerry as your tour guide—you won’t regret it!

We had such an amazing experience with Sir Putu as our tour guide/driver/photographer! He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and easy to be with the whole time. What we really appreciated was how flexible he was, he adjusted our schedule based on the places we wanted to visit and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly enjoyed our time at Cretya Ubud, Kanto Lampo Waterfall, and Tirta Empul Temple, and Sir Putu made each stop even more memorable by helping us capture great photos and guiding us along the way. Damik was our tour guide and photographer today and we had the most wonderful day a 10/10 experience. Damik is the most smiley, happy, open person and made our day pure sunshine. He took us to the best locations and gave us great insite into the balinese culture. group size: 2 people

cir was amazing & very flexible with where we wanted to go. when our plans had to change he had came up with options for us and gave us lots of helpful advice. super friendly, and at the rice terrace he explained the importance of the temple & the recent ceremony that happened. would book again with him!!
